Why is it NOT RECOMMENDED to Use The Malicious Essay Writing Services?

1. Even though they may not charge much more than other research writing services -- they very often provide FAR WORSE service and quality.

These companies want to make students believe they are getting a good deal -- a unique deal. However, they are not likely to answer client emails except with threats and intimidation; they provide poorly-written, recycled papers in return for large amounts of money; and they will not revise or refund, even when they fail to satisfy their customers.

2. Their services are NON-REFUNDABLE and COME WITH NO WARRANTIES, either expressed or implied.

No matter how legitimate your complaint might be, they will always claim they are right and you are wrong.

Their strategy is simple. First, they ignore the client's emails. Then, if the client continues to write, they send a response informing the client that he or she did not follow their sneaky Terms and Conditions. Then, if the client persists, they send a threatening letter telling the client to back off or else their lawyers will be notified.

3. They have the gall to claim their "profit margin" on completed papers is "extremely low."

The reality is that these companies are making money hand over fist. Some of them have up to 60 affiliates under different names. Clients who like to shop around are tricked into thinking they are checking out many different companies when in fact, they are all owned by the same few companies.

4. They do not respect their customers.

They feel their clients are losers who cannot complete their own homework. Their so-called "customer service" acts accordingly - with no respect and no personal attention.

They usually don't answer client emails unless to bully or threaten legal action.

They even try to blackmail clients and block their emails if they complain about TOTALLY unsatisfactory service.

Unlike most other essay and term paper writing companies, they collect the personal information, Internet cookies, and IP addresses of their customers in order to "prevent" unsatisfied clients from claiming their rights.

5. They retain 100% of the copyrights for the papers they complete.

They claim their research materials are protected by international copyright laws. What that really means is that they have the right to sue their clients if they use part of the project.

In other words, they trick clients into paying them for something that they don't have the right to use in any way.

6. They don't come through on their promises.

Despite what they say about being able to complete all papers on all topics by any due date, the reality is that if they determine they cannot complete any particular project, they just refund the money (IF you are lucky) on the day when the assignment is due. It happens more often than most students can imagine.

7. They never thoroughly check their research writers' backgrounds.

They just hire as a contractor whoever sends them their resume and provides them with bank account information. Only after one of their writers commits plagiarism, they “deal with that." Until then, it’s hit or miss, so the most important project of a client's life may be handed to an inexperienced writer who "borrows" most of the ideas from the Internet.

8. They store their "copyrighted" and "never resold" papers like pirated software and reuse them as much as possible.

Their "custom-written papers" consist of fragments of prewritten essays that can be easily found by plagiarism software or by manual check. In our opinion, if one client orders a custom research paper, this same exact paper will be in their paper mill databases in no time, freely available for a fee to anyone else!

Technically - in this case - they do tell the clients the truth about this. But they do it in such an underhanded way that most people never figure this one out. Here is what they do:

a. They say they will never resell their "custom written papers."
b. BUT they own multiple affiliates, remember.
c. So, they transfer papers from their "custom writing" sites to their "paper database" sites.
d. Then those websites sell the papers again.

Same company, different websites. Technically true, absolutely unethical.

All we think is this: Use the websites listed at EssayScam.org at your own risk.
