Note 1: In order to inform and to prevent potential forum members from violating this rule, your company URL will be listed on the "Do Not Discuss These Essay Websites" page.
Note 2: In order to maintain the forum's integrity, users that we suspect are owners, operators, or agents of the websites listed on the aforementioned page may have their forum membership revoked without warning. If we believe they continue posting under different username/s and/or IPs the agreement automatically becomes null and void.
5. All posts and posters are anonymous unless the poster has decided to reveal his or her personal details. You must sign up before posting a message in the EssayScam Forum. Registered users can edit their posts within a specified amount of time.
6. All posters and readers agree not to hold EssayScam.org or its members liable for anything stated within the forums. EssayScam.org does not provide legal, financial, academic, or any other advice and has been developed for entertainment and reading pleasure purposes only. Due to misinformation, ill-will, fraudulent intent, humorous or speculative reasons of some posters it is likely that some of them might have provided biased, incomplete, misleading, or untrue information. In result, the posted information may not be possible to be backed up by any sort of research or evidence.
7. EssayScam.org and its affiliates shall not be held accountable for any use, loss, damage, misconception, or disappointment arising out of the content of the website.

While the EssayScam moderators try to keep the use of derogatory and vulgar language to minimum, due to a very competitive and humorous nature of the essay business environment and based upon the ideas of Freedom of Speech you may still expect personal attacks or baseless accusations from other posters. In order to completely avoid personal attacks or baseless accusations, or in order to avoid being ridiculed or name-called by other posters, you should not become an EssayScam forum member and/or you should not post any message on the forum.
9. The EssayScam Forum (that includes the private message system) is not a place for advertisements or publicity in any way. EssayScam and its moderators have the sole discretion to determine what constitutes an advertisement. Violators may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
10. Posts that provide no content other than advertisements may be deleted.
11. When a message is placed in the EssayScam forum's system, the poster agrees to grant us permission to use the posts as long as the web site is up.
12. Any post may be removed or edited without warning by forum moderators or administrators.
13. EssayScam.org does not store cookies other than registration cookies. We may use IP address to test and identify problems with the software. We do not gather any personal information other than the members' email addresses or IP address of the poster. Due to excessive spam filters, the forum system does not check or validate registered email address for correctness.
14. EssayScam.org may collect or be required to distribute identifiable information to other parties (e.g. governmental agencies) to prevent slander or defamation. If we receive a subpoena by a governmental agency (for example, the Securities and Exchange Commission, law enforcement agencies, US Attorneys' offices or similar), we will comply with it.
