I am sure!
We can help each other, though. You can teach me the language and I can provide you psychological help. That is a deal!

Kitty: Hi Recently I have ordered a dissertation with Oxbridge Essays which cost me 1,250 pounds. The paper that was delivered was unacceptable!!! I have sent the paper back for amendments and they were giving me another dates which weren't met. At the end I have missed my submission deadline (for amendments they had 2 months!!!!) and I asked them for the refund. They told me that I am not entilted to any!!! So I have lost my dissertation, 1250 pounds and a year of studies!!! I am thinking now of taking them to court and I am trying to find as many people with similar experience with them as mine. Toghether we will be able to claim more than seperately. So, please speak and contact me for plan of action :)))) I will bloody move the Earth to distroy those @#$%^*&% I pity you. Get back to me asap for some NON academic help

FrostatMidnight: Kitty, they are hardened criminals. Forget about them and move on! No do not 'move on' Kitty. You should do all you can to get compensated for your loss and/or tarnish the good OxbridgeEssays name. If, as Frosticles suggests, you 'forget about them' then you will let them win their fight against the good London people. BTW why dont you take a 'heavy' with you to their office and let him 'speak' to them. OE's Chris seems a weasel, if not a wimp. He may crack under the pressure. Worth a shot.

SolidSnake: You should do all you can to get compensated We, at least five of us, did everything possible against Peter Richardson of Project1stclass. We did not win! Yes, I agree that Kitty should not give up if there is a grain of possibility of getting compensated. If she can't, no point in regretting and losing sleep over it. Have been there many times.

FrostatMidnight: I agree that Kitty should not give up if there is a grain of possibility of getting compensated So why didn't you say this instead of "Forget about them and move on!"? How much bad advice to you want to give? Or are you secretly tyring to get a job with OE? Woukdn't be the first time you used this board as a job hunting tool. lol

kitty did u pay on ur credit card coz if u did make a complaint through them all tell oxbridge wank face philip who is like 12 years old that u r seeing a solicitor, filing a complaint with ur bank and reporting them to trading standard, I did and got my money back, also ring 01522521521 they are the national student newspaper and they are tracking oxbridge essays and writing a big old business busting story of the f**kers. just harrass them and they will refund you, send emails, call, go down and definately report them to ur bank and trading standards and ring the newspaper and threaten to ring oxford and cambridge to find the writer, oxford and cambridge are investigating students at the mo who they think are writing for oxbridge as they use their uni email account to register with them, persevere, u r in the right, they have no business in taking ur money and giving you useless cr*p in return, fight and u will win. good luck!

I have report them to bank and trading standards, but they advice me to send them via recorded mail 3 complaints letter, and then if no answer to take them to court. Who knows better way of getting money back without having to go to court? Any ideas?? Please help.

Kitty - they are in clear violation of consumer law. your solicitor can get them on `bad faith.' not only will you receive a full refund but a monetary compensation as well. UK law is very very strict. don't you have a good solicitor?

KITTY,
As the amount us under £5,000 you can sue them in the Small Claims Court which is quite a simple procedure. The court will help you with the documents but first you have to write a letter setting out your claim and giving the company a reasonable amount of time to pay--14 days should be enough. In the letter you also say that you will issue proceedings in the Small Claims Court and that the company will be liable to pay court and any other legal fees you may incur if payment is not received within the 14 day time period. That letter usually does the trick.
