So I ordered a paper at custompapers.com and wrote the writer some further instructions after the order has been taken. He has not responded since. Should I be worried that he is not going to follow my instructions?
However, I also read this in their TOS:
"Note: If you have not included a link to our website in the Reference Section of your paper and/or have copied and submitted all or parts of the completed project as your own, this guarantee is null and void. In addition, if sufficient proof of academic dishonesty is established, we may report the violation to your Academic Integrity Office."
are they serious about this? it is not that i am planning to hand in the same exact paper what I get from them since I am also writing further on the topic. I just need a bit of help to improve my paper but I can't just list them as a reference since my tutor would totally let me fail if I list an essay writing service as a reference.
If this is really the case I rather dont use their paper at all. I don't even want it anymore.
Or is this term just a "fake" term so they can operate legally?

Just try to search this forum for the same company and see what you get.

I did and that is the reason why I ordered at custompapers.com since everyone was saying that it is one of the best companies. However, I could not find any posts regarding the term.

I don't think there is anything to panic this much. You should sit back and wait. The writer will respond to you.

it's not just the writer who does not respond. its also their TOS which makes me panic. I should have read that before I payed. I dont want them to report me to my university. I rather fail and attend another class than get humiliated because of that. it's not worth it.

Don't worry; they won't report you. Now relax.

Such rules are made to protect themselves in case if you ask for a refund;

shoryuken: Or is this term just a "fake" term so they can operate legally? I personally report all clients I suspect of academic dishonesty (or just refuse to work with them). If you order a paper to cheat, don't be surprised you might get busted.
