paperexperts.co.uk = fraudulent, non-UK site, likely from Pakistan
All of its Web copy is directly stolen from older, fraudulent essay sites.

But if the site is accepting Paypal, that means Paypal hasn't had a high number of cancellations or else they would cancel the account and stop processing their payments. Really don't wanna get into how WritersBeware gets his information.

The site is NEW and has virtually no online presence. Therefore, I highly doubt that it receives many, if any, orders. PayPal does not ban accounts for inactivity. Please stop acting as if you have a clue.

WritersBeware: no online presence
WB is right. The company is non-existent over the Internet. Moreover, they're 100% "cybersquatting" (that is, trying to use a web address similar to another company).

Can you tell us why the website owner is SC? Why is there no physical address given? Your favorite company as it seems, it is dubious for sure. Tell them, "Stop SC".

IMHO the ability to pay through paypal doesn't mean much. It's a little safer going through PP because you're not giving up your credit card info. Unfortunately, anyone can defraud you by just not giving you the product you ordered.
