No, you cannot rely on them or trust them. Unipapers.org is one of many sites operated by a fraudulent outfit in Ukraine that intentionally hides the fact that it's an ESL outfit that hires foreign, non-American, English-as-a-second-language writers.

Wow, what a surprise. The fraudsters have cancelled their long-time LLC after having been exposed. I'll just have to expose their new "corporation," as well.

Ok, but how should i be able to find any info regarding which service i should choose ?
It seems this site is "good" at reporting essay scammers but somehow does not care about guiding the students to find a reliable source, kind of defeats the whole purpose ?

LOL. I think that the name of this site is a pretty accurate representation of the site's original purpose. The purpose of the site has always been to expose scams, not provide recommendations. That fact has been echoed throughout this forum about 1,000,000 times.
