I am very curious about the genesis of the Ukranian companies in this industry. I have worked with two of them and can definitely confirm that they are not legit and do not stand a chance of every gaining legitimacy. Reason is that the owners (and sr management) lack the requisite academic and linguistic qualifications, etc etc. My question is simple - why have the Ukranians gained such dominance in this industry. They disregard consumer rights, have no notion of fair play and certainly do not deal with their writers with any degree of honesty - why, then, have they grown?
Another question, why are the US and UK allowing people to register companies from overseas and subsequently claim that they are American/British when they are not. The incorporation laws are a joke!

OxbridgeResearchers: why, then, have they grown?
They make "pretty" Web sites, SPAM their links, and specialize in consumer/writer deception. That is all.

I have a partial answer to a question which has long been troubling me: why do most of the fraudsters in the industry emerge from the Ukraine? An independant investigator has provided the answer:
US DOJ charged eleven people just last year for a fraud that began in 2005. The international credit card fraud ring was busted with two servers found in Ukraine and Latvia containing millions of credit card numbers. It was only in April of this year that Lazarenko, former Prime Minister of Ukraine was re sentenced for money laundering, wire fraud and interstate transportation of stolen property.
Apparently, the former Prime Minister is their model!
Did you all see that part about credit cards ...
