Can anyone tell me the reason(s) why these sites charge less per page. Is it because they scam their writers?

There are a number of reasons for which these sites charge less per-page amount. This forum is full of such information. Why don't you take a few minutes and search the information here?

I think they charge less because the quality isn't very high. Perhaps the writers do not have very high qualifications? Or maybe as you say, they scam their writers! There are a whole host of reasons that this may be the case. It is obviously easy to become influenced by a company that has low prices, as everyone wants to save money!
However, just remember that they are charging low prices for a reason. If they have the lowest prices in the industry, and everyone else charges much more, it is clear that they are cutting back on something! Whether that be quality, experience, qualifications, the amount they pay their writers etc. You get what you pay for, and I would rather pay a little bit more to get something of a much higher quality!

My point is that Ukrainian sites charge less, because they hire qualified folks from India, Pakistan and Nigeria, that is why the price is lower however quality is not bad. I've had some experience working with Ukrainian sites and I actually was satisfied with the result. I also co-operated with US sites and frankly speaking result was the same but the price was doubled.

It is pretty obvious that your assumptions are full of lies. I am very sure you own one or more of those sites. Yes, you hire them. Nonetheless, do you pay them? No. I am very sure your name is Pavel Kucheruk aka Ben Smith.

Remember that those writers that you have scammed so far represent humanity just like you. Try to fit yourself into their shoes. It is not a good experience at all. You are actually living in the stone age era. Wake up man!
