Has anyone here paid for a distinction mark with this company and actually got a distinction ? If not did you get a partial refund ?

Anyone that "guarantees" a certain grade is lying. Not only is selling papers to be used for someone else's academic credit illegal, but no one has any control over the grade a piece of work receives other than the person grading it. Legitimate companies might guarantee quality in terms of following instructions and meeting other objective standards (adequate research, proper citations, etc), but the ynever promise grades.

I know. It is what I am concerned about ie paying for a distinction and not getting one and then on top of that not getting back what i paid for. Has that happened to anyone ?

You need to read their actual guarantee (in the screen shot below--they've designed the site so you can't copy and paste anything useful). Basically, they don't guarantee a grade at all, and are hoping to sell you their "marking service" after you've created your own essay based on the work you buy from them. It's all a pack of almost-lies meant to get you to buy their product.
Long story short: the company operates a legitimate scam (they won't outright steal your money, they just bury all of the actual details in the fine print so they can deliver you a piece of sh*t and still keep your money).

I never said there was anything wrong with that. I said you sound drunk. It's a comment on your writing/thought formation abilities, not your morality.
