In may of 2007, Google officially banned all "academic assistance" sites from advertising in Google AdWords. Unfortunately, Google has not been a very good enforcer of its own rules. Why? Money. Google enacted the ban to appease the legions of college professors around the world who signed petitions for Google to block such ads. It is not in Google's best monetary interests to remove the ads, which is why Google almost always needs a nudge from a concerned "educator" and "parent" who is furious about Google not enforcing the ban.

Don't promote unacceptable academic aids.
Advertising is not permitted for academic aids. This includes 'test-taking' services in which someone takes an exam for someone else and academic paper-writing services providing custom/pre-written theses, dissertations, etc.

The only keywords that Google AdWords has completely blacklisted are the following:
term paper

custom essay
custom essays
custom thesis
custom dissertation
custom research paper
custom research papers
custom dissertations
That's it, folks! It's a fairly superficial "ban," don't you think? With all of Google's billion-dollar capabilities, are we really supposed to believe that it could not do a better job of policing its own contracts?
As of March 21, 2010, the following sites are violating the advertising guidelines of Google AdWords:

Take a very hard look at each of the sites listed above. What does nearly every one of them have in common? That's right—they are ripoff sites from Ukraine, Pakistan, and India, whose owners don't give the slightest damn about either US/UK laws or Google AdWords guidelines. Do customers really expect these ripoff sites to honor their money or contracts?

Google established that they don't want advertise some sites, it's their law. Maybe she could send the Google order to herself?

Once again, I request that nobody take my word at face value. Any time I make a substantive claim, I support if with verifiable evidence. Regardless, if you would like clarification or additional evidence, please ask me and I will be glad to oblige.
Unlike the resident psycho, "StudentAdvice" (who has already been banned 16 times under different usernames), I don't own an essay ripoff site from the UK that is doing incredibly poorly due, in part, to the evidence of its fraud that has been posted in this forum and elsewhere.
I find it quite sad when failed, crooked businessmen like "StudentAdvice" take their frustration out on innocent parties.
