This is the best information that I've found in a while. I can't believe that I didn't think of this myself a long time ago!
If everyone participates in reporting these crooks, we can get all of EssayWriters.net's and Academia-Research.com's customer-based sites banned by Google so that unsuspecting students and freelance writers do not stumble upon the scams and get ripped off.
Fraudulent sites that will be affected:
masterpapers.com bestessays.com essaycapital.com custom-writing.org flashpapers.com customessaymeister.com customessays.co.uk essay-paper.net custom-essay.org ghostpapers.com ma-dissertations.com
Here are the instructions:

Please don't take this very focused thread off-topic. This particular thread applies ONLY to the sites listed in the first post because those sites have purchased high PR links in order to increase their search engine positioning, which is against Google's policies.

Well, I understand, BUT--and this is a "big butt"--there is no evidence that the sites that you listed have purchased high-PR links. That is the sole focus of this thread.
The evidence against the sites in my first post is available here: essayfraud.org/forum/Ban-Fraudulent-Essay-Sites-Google-t575.html

If you go onto google and type in essay writing sites the ones listed below are the ones that appear most frequently. I tried this using several keywords so I am guessing that they must have purchased a high PR link to appear so often
www.essayrelief.co.uk, www.customwriting.co.uk, www.coursework.info, www.professays.com, www.dissertationsandassignments.com and www.essaybay.com.

That is not at all how to determine whether or not they have bought high-PR links. I have already verified that the sites listed in the first post are the ones that have done so. All you have to do is follow the link that I provided and look at the evidence.

Well the high PR link doesn't seem to achieve much since the sites you listed do not appear often if at all when you do a google search

The fraudulent sites don't optimize their links for the keyword phrase, "essay writing sites."
Again, the punishable offense involves specific sites that have purchased specific links that target specific keywords in order to artificially increase their rank for specific searches (not including "essay writing sites").
Trust me, I know my stuff. If everyone follows the instructions, the fraudulent sites that I listed will get penalized by Google and plummet in the search results for all of the keywords that they targeted with their paid links.

If I wanted assistance writing an essay (which I don't) I would google essay writing sites as a general search. I rarely use yahoo as I have found it to be pretty useless whenever I am trying to find something as the results are often too vague from the search requested.
If you go to yahoo and type in essay writing sites the ones you listed do appear straightaway. I am guessing Yahoo get paid to allow them to advertise in this way and are not in the least bothered whether the sites they are recommending are good or bad. Maybe yahoo should be banned for promoting these sites :)

writersbeware, are all the "fraudulent sites" listed really owned by either essaywriters.net or academia-research.com? 2 or 3 don't ring a bell.
