Thesis of 100,000 words. Suggest a site and is it legal to put my name on the writers work?

Hi,
I am new to this website and I a very happy to read all the discussions. However, I need help from the members on my thesis writing.

1. Which is the best site to get a thesis of 100,000 words professionally being written down?
2. Can I just my name on the thesis which the writer will write for me?
3. If I do so, will I breach the writers copyright or the company's from whom I will be ordering it?
4. I am also interested in publishing the Chapters as Articles in reputed journals? So after publishing what if the writer claims it to be his own work?

5. Will the Univ be able to catch me for completing a thesis in such a manner -cheating/plagiarism/fraud? Has anyone used the services in any similar manner and how was ur overall experience?

I PLEASE NEED VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS ON THIS ASAP. HOPE YOU ALL CAN HELP ME IN ANSWERING THE ABOVE QUESTIONS AS U ALL HELP EACH OTHER.

I did not get that. When I read the board there are a million recommendations and reviews. What about those? I am not promoting advertising here but want genuine information.

Unless they are out to take advantage of you, none here will respond to the following:

Which is the best site to get a thesis of 100,000 words professionally being written down?

If any do, it is in your best interest to ignore them. What you need to know is that many here have a vested interest in promoting certain sites/writers. Generally speaking, the ones who do so are the low-quality writers/site owners. They need to trawl this forum in search of clients as they hardly ever get repeat business or referrals. A great many of them pose as satisfied students/customers. Hence ... it is in your interest to ignore any/all response to your above request.

Can I just my name on the thesis which the writer will write for me?

Unwise.

Will the Univ be able to catch me for completing a thesis in such a manner -cheating/plagiarism/fraud?

Supposing that the thesis you receive is, indeed, original and not copy/pasted from all over, you will be safe as far as the originality report is concerned. However, do supervisors simply rely on turnitin reports to determine plagiarism? No. You could get caught during discussions with your supervisor and during your viva (when it becomes evident that you really do not know the study). Another thing to think about - as far as a significant number of sites are concerned, the chances of your receiving 100,000 plagiarism-free words are almost nil.

I am also interested in publishing the Chapters as Articles in reputed journals? So after publishing what if the writer claims it to be his own work?

The writer cannot do that or, at least, should not. You should not be doing that either.

HEY WRT thanks a lot for your reply. I understand what you the say. The thing is that I have studied on the topic for the past 2 years and pretty much know everything. But I have lost interest and feeling lazy to write to complete the daunting task. So i want someone else to write it for me. So the question of the supervisor catching me is Nil.

Also, are u 100% sure that the writers have not claimed any persons work when they have seen them publish it in journals?

Why do u say that no writing website will be able to provide me with plagairism free 100,000 words? I was looking at PhDDissertation.com or Custom Papers and they have agreed to. Please elablorate if u have had any bad experiences.

Why d u say "unwise" to use my name on the thesis if u say that the writer will not claim it to be his and when I am sure the supv wont catch me?

I write for ********* and nothing is ever plagiarized; if it ever is, you'll get a refund and the writer will get fired. It's also the kind of project you'll be getting in sections so you can run your own plagiarism check on them as they come in. That's the length of a good-sized book, so you need either a writer who knows your topic as well as you do or you have to be able to provide the necessary instruction and guidelines. Writers don't have any copyright interests in anything we write. What's your topic?

I said the greater majority of sites (many here know what I mean), not all

Please elablorate if u have had any bad experiences.

No bad experiences ... and, as reviews are not allowed ... no positive ones, either.

Why d u say "unwise" to use my name on the thesis if u say that the writer will not claim it to be his and when I am sure the supv wont catch me?

Academic integrity and all that.

Infoguy - as this project is important, you have to exercise extreme caution when selecting a company. Furthermore, divide your order up into several smaller ones. Do not just place a 100,000 word order; place small ones and critically assess quality prior to placing the next small order, etc.

sorry, you can't use this forum for anything useful. the trolls won't have it.

please stop even thinking of being constructive. of course, while you can't ask for or recommend a good writing site, backbiting, name-calling, and ELL baiting are, as usual, most welcome.

You're closer to having outgoing PM privileges on this forum than I am; mine were suspended a long time ago and never reinstated. I can't initiate contact with anybody anymore.

Rusty, just shut up. If you don't like it here, get lost. Rules are rules.

Hey, here's a grand idea: make your own forum and institute your own rules! Your constant whining about having to abide by the rules is tired.

I want to be constructive and market my own sites here. Should I pose as a satisfied customer? A curious one looking for reviews? I could always take out a couple of other usernames and respond to the request for reviews ...

Hey ... how about we all do that?

Seriously ...

Hey ... how about we all do that?

Exactly.

Believe me, Rusty gets it. He's not that stupid (although, he does think that "actually" is a conjunction). He just wants the ability to openly market his "services." He's frustrated.

3. will I breach the writers copyright ?
4. I am also interested in publishing the Chapters as Articles in reputed journals?

2. Yes, provided that you have the transfer of intellectual property rights in print from the writer to you. Don't rely on promises when it comes to that.

3. Refer to their TOS for clarification. Normally, the company will not consider it a breach of writer's copyright because the paper was originally written for you.

4. That is what you should never do because the investigation of the article background prior to publishing might turn something up that you would rather they did not know, such as hiring a ghostwriter to complete the work for you.

Actually, if you read the TOS of just about any commercial essay company, you'll see that they are extremely clear about the fact that the company explicitly retains all copyrights and absolutely prohibits customers from claiming ownership of the work in any way, shape, or form. In fact, I've never seen any company TOS that transfer copyrights to customers. Definitely read them before deciding to do business with any company if copyright ownership matters to you. Many of them limit the rights of customers to doing nothing but reading and "studying" them, and (my favorite), using them as properly-cited references in the client's own writing (as though a student would ever "cite" ABC Academic Essay Company as a "reference" within an academic paper. Everything in the contractual clauses pertaining to copyright in those TOS details the rights of the companies to take action against their customers for violating theircopyrights, including, in many cases, reserving their right to contact their clients' schools to protect their copyrights. Just read them for yourself.

[P.S. My PM privileges were reinstated around the same year that this thread was last active and they have never been restricted since.]

It occurred to me while reading this post that the only problem the writer may have is when he publishes the work as his own. The risks involved in that instance will be far different from academic dishonesty. He could risk being blackmailed by the writer or company if he tells them that he intends to publish the work in a journal or periodical. While he should oven the intellectual copyright to the content since he paid for it, that copyright is a bit vague. IHe should make sure that his contract contains some sort of release that allows him to use the material in anyway necessary for him to do so, and that the company and writer cannot come after him in terms of blackmail once the work is published.
The opinions are that of the author's alone based on an individual capacity. Opinions are provided "as is" and are not error-free.

Either his agreement says that he owns the copyright or it doesn't. If he owns it, there's nothing "vague" about what copyright ownership means and he doesn't need any additional contractual language defining what he can or can't do with work whose copyright he owns. Furthermore, even if their agreement specifies that he owns it, he'd still be just as susceptible to blackmail, to whatever extent that's a concern, simply because nobody inclined to perpetrate criminal blackmail would ever be deterred from that criminal activity by any civil "contract" not to engage in blackmail. Criminals don't even respect penal laws; so they obviously don't care one bit about violating "contracts."
