The very least you should do is request a CHARGEBACK if they refuse to give you a full refund. If you paid using PAYPAL submit a complaint and ask for a reversal ...

Omg... I didn't even release it was a whole scam... i'm so stupid! I managed my time really BAD..done half of my assignment and asked them if they could finish it off as i was so stressed. The essay company changed my £250!! (which is alot of money being a student) however i still paid thinking it would be worth getting a 1st in my assignment!
Once i paid... i had a horrible feeling after this wasnt right, money was pending to come out of my account.. the dissertation.co.uk/ the say.co.uk confirmed in an email it was dollars.. (which meant it wasnt a UK based company)... I rang my bank to recover money - which they couldn't - i made the purchase therefore i have to recover it myself!!
I email the company to cancel my order and for a refund before they started my work - no response... I stayed up all night completing my assignment..
The next day, i handed my assignment.... The essay company DIDNT REFUND MY MONEY BACK or SEND THE ASSIGNMENT! I was robbed basically - my stupid fault... 2 days later after emailing them consistently they would not refund my money - but they send the assignment!
The assignment is plagised - i put it through (Turnitin) via my uni website just to check.
My point is i am lucky to an excent because i managed to do my own work which i normally do...
But if i relied on them - firstly i would not of reached the deadline - secondly it was copied work which was ****!!!!
BUT I STILL AM £250 DOWN AND CANT RECOVER/ GET A REFUND REGARDLESS!
PLEASE GIRLS AND GUYS DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
THEY ARE A OF WASTE MONEY - AND U WOULD GET A **** GRADE BECAUSE ITS PLAGISED!!
pLEASE JUST DO YOUR WORK YOURSELF.
I HAVE LEARNT.. IM STILL SO ANGRY - thesay.co.uk/ thedissertation.co.uk = robbery!!

Contact your financial institution and explain the fraud that this company perpetrated--they mishandled a time sensitive product, and delivered an illegal piece of plagiarism as their own work. These are grounds for the credit card/bank/paypal/whatever to reverse the charges. If customers stop rolling over and letting these customers rob them, they will be less abel to do so. It's going to be a giant pain in the ass, but fight!

dissertation-help.co.uk is screwing me over atm after telling me what now seems one lie after another to delay me. I will be making a post about it and all the info I have gathered and how it ends. The only suggestion I can make atm is avoid them cause they in my opinion can't be trusted at all.
The Customer Service Manager or any one higher up then those I get on the phones still refuse to show up despite several requests to speak with a Superior.
I wish I had found this site and thread earlier and I'll still try and talk to my Back about a Cashback charge and hope for the best. And hopefully my additional info on dissertation-help.co.uk will help someone else before it's too late.

Hensiku, SPAMMING to get your post-count up just so that you can PM freelancewriter to initiate a commercial transaction will get you nowhere, as the mod will often delete all of your useless posts.

Theessay.co.uk is not a site to buy anything from. They took my money and sent me a piece of work which was copied & pasted directly from a document which I had downloaded from the internet which I wanted to use & reference in my essay. Once I discovered this I tried to contact them & that proved a nightmare. I did the essay myself & finished at 4am & had it handed in by 9am.
Once I managed to get through to them I threatened to report them to the bank & have the charges reversed & report them to the police. I got an offer of 40% refund and refused it stating that I would hand it over to the bank & they would reverse the payment. They even tried to tell me it wasn't worth going to the police as it was such a small amount of money. Then they rang back stating they would give me a 100% refund which I have received. It was worth persuing. It wasn't the money it was the fraud & the fact that I discovered they had scammed so many others. Stand up to them & tell them that you will get the bank to reverse the charges.

They just scamed me
I missed my deadline because of them
they gave me stupid copy paste work and when I called they said we do not refund. Then they were we can give you 50 % of the money.
They must be kidding they did not even answer my question.
I called them up and asked for their details so I can issue proceedings against them they simply hanged up the phone and said not to call back
I called my bank and they said they cant cancel transaction but I can call some team in the bank who can help me I will call them tommorow
I really wana sue them for what they did
Until we dont act they will continue to scam other people

I trusted them to provide 100% plagiarism free but i failed due because of that !!! I asked them for 100% refund as they gauranteed assignment would be 100% plagiarism free but tehy refused and started another game!! i was told for 60% refund and that also never happened inspite of several follow up and wasting lot of time via live chat(customer support)!!!
Now, they blocked my ID and i'm unable to get on live chat to follow up my case!!!
They are professional cheater!! i tried a lot to find out the company is based on where!!! but nobody informed me.
Becareful and consider my message as lessen learnt!!
STAY AWAY from these cheaters!!!

Dont ever use this company..they are a scam...tricked me into ordering an essay which meant to be according to my specification but turned up to be copy pasted from the web..after a long and painful negotiations, they agreed to refund 85% of the fee..now ive contacted the dispute department to recover the remainder..
People should never trust this company..
At first they offered only 40% refund but Ive told them that I would report them to the police and they agreed to refund 85%

Dispute department of my credit card company,instructed me to return thru email the to essay.scam.uk the copy-pasted essays..
Will update you guys once I recovered the 15% they scammed me..

Im a little bit lucky they actually refunded the 85%, checked my bank and indeed some of my money is back, but still a scam is a scam, theyll never get away with the the remainder..dont let them fool us... My advise is NEVER TO TRUST THIS COMPANY..EVER!!!
