The title of the report was "A Study of Mentoring of Ethnic Groups and Women in Workplace and its influence in Disabled Employees"
Here's an extract of how pathetic the writing is.
This paper gives an insight to the detailed definition of Mentoring, its key role in Work places an on the work forces, the methodology adopted, issues and theories. A detailed description is given on mentoring in workforces which includes ethnic groups and women and the various issues are discussed. A research is carried out and the various factors are discussed in how the advantages gained by mentoring among ethnic groups and women can be used in influencing the disabled workforce. Mentoring is a form of training or a development to increase the personality of man. Mentoring is a widely popular in different fields due to the substantial positive results it has provided over the years. Mentoring in Educational Institutes and Workplaces has helped a lot in improving the environment and increasing the self esteem of man.
Mentoring was developed from the concept of a Greek mythology in which Odysseus seeks the help of his friend to train his son. A mentor is usually a learned or knowledgeable person who teaches or trains the mentee the field of study or work based on the skills he has acquired. This helps the mentee to develop further helping to achieve greater targets. In Educational Institutes, it is a common phenomenon to assign faculties as mentors to students to help them learn the subject as well as to keep them motivated. In work places, the senior staff with experience and skills trains the junior or inexperienced staff the trade skills helping them to develop the knowledge and skills in trade.
Mentoring in workplaces are done to develop the individual and its long term goals involve the satisfactory development of the individual and the achievements are gained for the further development or working of the organization. The long term goals of mentoring are to achieve the development of an individual as a person as well as a professional and to help them improvise on their skills and career.
The various advantageous of Mentoring are:
- It has a long term relationship between the mentor and mentee and to the organization.
- The acquaintances between the individuals will be informal thus helping in building a better work environment and to bring down the walls of senior and junior staff criterion.
- The final goal of development of an individual professionally is gained easily.
The relationships are built between the mentor and mentee and mostly governed by the organizations' interests. Often the mentoring activities are recorded so that the rules of ethics and propriety are maintained. This course of activity is done independent of any other forms of training as here the personal growth of the individual is also a prime concern. In several companies, the HR department supervises the mentoring programs and decides the mentors and mentees depending upon the work done, personality and skills required. This is done in various levels of work to ensure smooth running of the organization and the improvement of the staff. Though popular on various areas like: job change, programme change, developmental support, development of new projects, facing redundancy, etc. Mentoring has proved to be vital in mentoring areas concerning equal opportunities and women.
There are two types of mentoring schemes on a broad classification which are: Developmental mentoring and Sponsorship mentoring.
Developmental mentoring involves development of an individual base don preset achievement targets set by the mentee and more often it leads to personal development as well. But in sponsorship mentoring, usually done by organizations, the mentoring is done to achieve targets based on profession and more often the barriers of senior- junior barriers arise making the mentor mentee relationship short lived. In mentoring involving women and ethnic groups, it has always been proved through statistics and surveys that developmental mentoring achieved better results and hence better work environment in the organization.
Though Ethnic groups and women have higher standards of education and skills, most often they fail to achieve the most important positions in an organization. The different schemes adopted in mentoring have played a major role in the support and development of these groups helping them to achieve their goals and career aspirations.

Yeah - I got scammed by this guy aswell. He never did the work - am in the process of trying to gain a chargeback from Paypal. Kept fobbing me off, deadlines came and went. Says on ebay that he is in London - he's not - he's from Mountain Ash in California (email trace). I even asked if he'd added a certain theory (which I made up - just to test him). He came back and said that he was just about to add that theory!! Total rip off merchant!!

I have had work delayed or should I say the writer changed the deadline... then promised by 8pm tonight. No contact and no work and no reply to email other than to say out of office and away from desk!!! for 4 days.. Mmmm are writers away from there desks for days when they extend their deadlines?? I doubt it... I was hoping he was busy working... obviously not!!! ebay metawriting is not reliable at the very least!!! I can say that... or of course should I say a load of rubbish.. go with you gut feeling like I should have!!
