i have recently purchased the $49.99 service option from essaytown.com and it turned out to be a complete scam. the majority that i downloaded are plagiarised, and the quality is sub-standard. these papers are pre-written and will never make it through anti-plagiarism software like turnitin.com.
is there anybody else that has had bad experiences with essaytown.com?

You purchased a membership that expressly says it allows you (and anybody else with a membership) to download previously-written essays that are at least 6 months old and you think that it's a "scam" when those fully-disclosed previously-written essays don't pass a plagiarism scan?
The membership you're talking about allows you to D/L old essays that aren't represented as being new custom-written essays. Those memberships to their old essay files have nothing to do with their custom essay service and no "membership" of any kind is required just to order a newly-written custom essay. If you ever order a custom essay from them that fails a plagiarism scan, just contact the company and provide the proof; they'll refund your money and probably fire the writer immediately. They don't tolerate plagiarism and they scan our work randomly but they can't possibly check every one of the thousands of essays we write for them every month. If any of their writers is actually plagiarizing, the company will appreciate getting the report from you and so will all of us honest writers who compete with that writer for work and whose reputations are being put at risk.

"Dark_horse" is a lying piece of trash.
PROOF:
dark_horse: $49.99 service 1. That site's "$49.99 service" order form has been down for months.
dark_horse: the majority that i downloaded 2. That site's advertising clearly states that the "$49.99 service" is NOT a "membership." It is for a SINGLE paper that the company manually delivers to the customer via EMAIL.
3. There is no "download" involved.
With 100% certainty, "dark_horse" is a lying competitor.
This thread should be completely deleted, not just moved to "Off Topic."

Oh ... I had assumed he was a donkey and did not know he was purchasing access to a database. I had no idea that he was a boldfaced liar - had simply thought him terribly stupid.
So, turns out that dark_horse is actually a lying_donkey :)

Ya zayid, as WB mentioned, the service has been disabled. Why the sudden interest in prewritten paper services? Are you really Jordanian? Which school or university? Do you know that they all subscribe to turnitin?
