Placed an order, paid my money, set a deadline - paper overdue. HELP.

Joined: Oct 6, 10 Threads: 2 Posts: 5	I placed an order with a essay writing company (Will name if necessary), paid my money, set a deadline of today at 4pm EST and we are over two hours late now, neither the writer nor the customer service team are responding to my mails. What can I do?

Joined: Jan 20, 09 Threads: 8 Posts: 3,837	It depends on how worried you are. Have you ever ordered from this company before? This would give you some idea of how much you can trust them. If you think that they just won't be sending anything, or if you simply don't want to wait any longer to find out, you can start a chargeback proceeding with whatever institution you used to make a payment (PayPal, your credit card company, etc). If you end up receiving your order and want to keep it you'll need to cancel the chargeback, but if the company fails to deliver at all the company you used to make a payment shouldn't have any problem reversing the charge.
