Joined: Aug 7, 07 Threads: 4 Posts: 546	never heard of them. not getting a response may not always be a bad thing. how long have you been trying? if it's just a couple of hours, that's not a reason to stress necessarily. did you try to call customer support? however... why did you order from them? less than 8$ / page is a pretty good warning sign and their samples feature atrocious errors in grammar and format.
