pheelyks: The number of complaints here regarding Oxbridge Essays, including horrible papers, refused refunds when nothing was delivered, gross overcharges, and more leaves little doubt that your statement is either completely unfounded or incredibly biased, and given the tone of [OxbridgeExpert's] attack I'm leaning towards the latter. Oxbridge Essays has been proven illegitimate numerous times on this forum and elsewhere. It's run by two spoiled brats in the UK (of which [OxbridgeExpert] might be one) who couldn't write their own papers all that well but who knew how to take other people's money. The rest is history--and ridiculous lies, like they have professors at Oxford and Cambridge working on students' essays.
I think that it's time for a deeper investigation.

2) They claim that they have top Clifford Chance lawyers working for them (on student law assignments), etc etc
Their claims are completely unbelievable.

They are a Limited company registered at Companies House - who are VERY strict about who is granted permission to be a Limited Company. ANY evidence of wrong-doing and ANY company gets suspended, and their accounts frozen - plus trading standards will bring a case.
It is PERFECTLY possible for an essay company to employ ex-bankers; some writers have full time jobs but like writing - it may only be an essay a month. And for those who have worked in a field to act as consultants checking applications in standard.

A Limited Company in the UK is just like a corporation in the US--it's not like there's some special qualifications that have to be met to confer "limited" status--stop trying to make it sound special. All a registration means is that a company has been legally formed--it doesn't stop them from doing illegal or unethical things.

Matters of criminal fraud, which are the subject of police or BERR investigation. Companies House works closely with a number of law enforcement agencies and will pass details of any potential fraud to those agencies for possible investigation.
