However, they will fool very few people if I have anything to say about it. The fact that they have published such articles means absolutely nothing. Anyone--and I do mean ANYONE--can register an LLC in the United States, even if the person actually lives in Ukraine (like the people behind fraudulent MasterPapers.com and Academia-Research.com). It's as simple as paying an online service like BizFilings.con to create the LLC for you. They take care of the entire process for only $319! The MasterPapers crooks in Ukraine simply provided an online incorporation service like BizFilings with a FAKE name and a fake business address in New York. https://www.bizfilings.com/products/llc.asp "Sean" at MasterPapers, guess what? You are fooling nobody.

	The con-artists claim that this is their address: 41 State Street Suite 106 Albany, New York 12207 What a load of baloney. Forty-one State Street is THE prime office buidling in Albany. It houses the New York Department of State! Way to go, "Sean," you treacherous slimebag from Ukraine. This failed deception is almost as pathetic as when you listed "The Empire State Building" as your address at Academia-Research.com:
