After reading post after post, of people being scammed and asking for recommendations, and after search after search on the net, it appears to me that there are really only a couple of legitimate UK companies. What i mean by legitimate is this.
1. UK Phone Number
2. UK Staff Members
3. UK Registered
4. You will receive the work
5. It will not be plagiarised
6. The grade the paper receives will most likely be above a pass grade. (Nobody can
Guarantee you a certain grade)

1. Doesn't tell you anything.
2. A good sign, but doesn't really tell you anything.
3. A good sign, but there are a few that are still really shady.
4-6. You won't know about these until after you've ordered, so they're not exactly helpful criteria, are they?

The problem that I see, is that companies that operate outside of the USA have an address IN the USA that they run as cover. I would have thought PayPal payment option would help, as you can always get your payment back, but that doesn't work either.
I don't want to verbatim turn in papers....but to have one to use as a guide and rewrite adding in my views etc., is my goal.
If anyone can help point me in the right direction, please let me know.
