? I know this is for scams, as I have been here looking for non-scams since yesterday, but the site is full of people just offering their experience 'in process'! Customer service? What kind of customer service did you think I have asked for?

No worries, I just posted to help people out with my experience, whatever the outcome, but seeing the warm welcome, I have already asked for my profile to be removed.
