I am posting a message here in hopes that someone from this company will read this:
I was promised, in writing, a refund in the amount equal to 70% of the original purchase price. This amount has not been returned to my account (as of yet) and I believe I have given ample time given for this to occur. I am giving this company until the end of the business day on Monday to have this issue resolved or I will be proceeding with further action. Please understand that in no way, shape, or form is this a threat to you; it is a promise.
I was told that my refund has already been processed, but, due to the multiple discrepancies I have encountered thus far with buyessay.org (which is the one and only reason I canceled my order in the first place), I cannot believe this to be true. I am accepting my part of the agreement to receive only a partial refund since I canceled my order, but I will not accept a reluctance from this company to abide by these agreements. I do not wish to have this escalated so please resolve it in a timely manner.

No it does not involve the "EXACT" (per your word) same issue. If you will, once again, read the message you will see that in this new thread I am talking about a refund I was promised 7 days ago. Since this refund hasn't transpired yet (seven days later) I am letting someone know that.
Simply put:
Main idea of first thread: they are incompetent liars
Main idea of second thread: they are now thieves (if I don't get my partial refund) and I will not tolerate that
Now, as you can see, these are two separate "issues".
With all due respect (once again), please understand what I am saying before you bark next time!

....something like that unless it was a threat to you or anyone who "actually" has "knowledge"?? I am VERY grateful for the help I received by coming here. I got alot of highly useful info and further educated myself. I apologize for obviously insulting you. I will be more clear with my message if I ever post a new thread.

I don't understand why someone hasn't notified IC3 or econsumer.org before now??? I know I'm sending some complaints today to them. I guess I'm just growing increasingly frustrated as the days go by and I think of how STUPID I was to not see the warning signs about this "organized crime". That's what I think it is, organized crime, or corporate crime. How can they get away with this??

Quoting a few sentences from the MANY I wrote does not provide anything??? The only "same" thing about the two threads is BUYESSAY.ORG....first one I am questioning the process and competence...the second I am stating that after 7 days there has been no funds credited..just give it up! I think I know what I'm doing.
Besides, there needs to be more posts about buyessay to warn people, or at the very least, there needs to be more of a connection made with this site (buyessay) in relation to their other scam sites....And yes, I know that you (WritersB) posted the list of sites affiliated with customwriting, but that is ONLY reference to buyessay throughout this Whole forum. And for someone like me (not familiar with this kinda stuff), well, it still makes it hard to make an informed buying decision. I will tell you, I searched this site, and many others, for a good bit trying to find anything negative about them before I committed to a purchase and I couldn't find anything. It wasn't until after the fact I found that one little post. Too late then!

that said, I still hope nursingstudent gets their identity stolen. they are such a blissfully, pridefully ignorant tool. but... I'm not going to start a new thread about it.

I've been told that the majority of those sites provide 'model essays' and not 'custom made essays', and that I have to re—write anything I get from those sites, otherwise I will probably get caught for plagiarism. Does any1 knows if that's a true claim? Thanks
