If you dont have proof, you should not comments on any reputed company. I am dept. head and working for last 5 years .. never had any complaints from customers. How can you point out any one like this in some public forum?

If there are any customers' complaints it doesnt mean that the website is scam. There is a difference between scam and dissatisfaction.
I am sure there should be some proof of claiming anyone as scam..

The link which you have given is for other websites.. also mentioning the websites names doesnt mean that they are spammers or scammers. Did you work with them? You should not post anything about any good reputed organization without any reason. Cross check the link you have given, it has nothing to do with the websites which are mentioned here.

2. Intentionally hiding its foreign location by using Whois "privacy";
3. Not openly acknowledging its foreign location on the site;
4. Not openly acknowledging that its writers are ESL amateurs;
5. Claiming that ALL writers "are either PhD's or Masters in their respective Subjects";
6. Claiming that "The Homework Help" is a registered corporation.
