They aren't. They endorse students submitting the work as their own by fining their writers 300% if the student hands the work in as their own and does not get the grade they want.

JenniferAA is in charge of the quality department there. if you read the threads you will see just how unethical she is since she purports to have passed the LPC but is however not listed with the law society which generally means that she didnt pass the LPC.

This company also run sites specifically for LPC and BVC students. It is against the professional code of conduct for barristers to have any assistance in writing their assessed opinions, but they don't care about that so long as they are getting paid.

The law society and the bar council have been made aware of these issues and hopefully will be giving them a call in the near future.

When you find one, please let me know. I was banking on UK essays and not very sure any more.

Not so easy. Only yesterday a senior research student was complaining that they did not respond to her application (not even an ordinary acknowledgement of receipt) despite her impressive qualifications. They seem to be uninterested in new writers, I am sure.

This is Asif English as Dreamer has found out.
Man, when you try to emulate an international student, you should understand that no international student can come to The UK without doing TOEFL like English exams and they are quite tough. Do you think he can clear it with the above English? You don't know that, P, do you?

This is another crude 'Asif' attempt to insult UK essays.

Exwriter, when I wrote above, I was not referring to the argument with Jennifer. I too was horrified to hear about the 300% fine. Here I was referring only to the attempt of a very small, unethical company owned by peter and his many attempts to discredit ukessays in his continuous effort to get some orders diverted to himself. Thought better to clarify the matter to you.

Well, a good number international students do clear TOEFL and they still make grammatical and structural errors. After all TOEFL is 'test of English as FOREIGN Language' not 'FIRST' :D.

See the context. I was referring to the following post:

International students cannot write this kind of English and pass the exams. I was not referring to subtle errors. I mentioned it because it was an essaywriting company owner's attempt to insult a competitor and to do so, he was trying to imitate an international student.

Point noted Serene :) I do not know anything about "new2009."

Telling you from my personal experience, at times they (IS) really don't make any sense. :D

Happens when you have to learn an alien language. Try learning Chinese or Japanese; you will know.
