I finally finished the uni work and now have some time to update you about the issue with the Pakistani website custom writings. Order number: 2091759

The papers you gave to me where both terrible plagiarized copies. Didn't
even passed a basic check and there is many terrible mistakes like (As a
matter of fact, India was the first nation to embrace basic elements of
globalization in the 17th century. British east India company, Portuguese
east India Company and Dutch east India companies). The English is very bad
as well.
I want to ask for refund.
If I don't get it.
I'm also opening a dispute on paypal where I will add the essayscam.com
complains to the claim.

We are writing as much as 85 pieces a day and yes sometimes the writers fail to do their job. You can see the exact statistics of our failures on www.customwritings.com, just look for the section that says:
Current status / activity:

Another sections says that THE CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE REWORKING THE PIECES THEY RECEIVE, and NEVER ACCEPT THE PAPER IF THEY ARE DISSATISFIED.

You know i'm not completely happy about 8.5 out of 10 average customer satisfaction score, to tell the truth. There's a risk to every customer that he/she's going to be given something different from what they expect. Some of these due to bad writers work, some to bad customer's input, some to miscommunication between the writers, customers and the support team.

And yes, I finally know for sure which of our rivals this forum belongs to. And this is not EssayTown.com as I suspected before.
....
The common mistake people do here is they judge from 6 complaints out of more then half a million pages written for the happy customers, that our web site is fraud.
This is the whole idea behind essayscam. You come here, see several scary threads and make a conclusion.

My suggestions for the potential customers:
- Leave some significant time frame for possible revisions
- request Progressive Delivery option while this feature is still free (you can get the paper in several smaller parts so if there's a problem you will know of it very fast instead of several hours before the deadline)
- help the writers with the materials if you can

Your writers suck and you know it. Anyone interested in ordering from this site should check out www.gradelancer.com. It's the writer's forum for this company, where discussions of the weather in Pakistan in broken English are frequent occurrences. These are people who haven't earned college degrees at all, by and large, and certainly didn't do so in an English speaking country. Not that there would be anything wrong with this, if they were selling English language academic papers.

I am referring to your post in this thread. It is number 54. You state that 8.5 out of 10 papers get a quality score. But when I was dealing with your staffers, they stated that the company's papers are never to be used as stand alone documents. They are only to be used as a tool in completing a paper. So, why would you brag about your papers if they are not meant to be the final product?
As for a refund, are you sincerely going to refund it? I started my request for a refund about two months ago. I have got nowhere with this. You, the owner of the company, as stated in this open forum that you will refund my money. Will you live up to it? If not, I will still pursue my alternate course of action.

I am true to my word, thus I must make an update. After a few months of going back and forth, and interaction from Eugene, I did receive a full refund from Custom Writings. The paper that I received a D on did hurt my overall grade in the course, thus I will probably never use any writing service again. I want to thank Eugene for delivering what he said he would do.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with your paper. However, if you decide to have another paper typed, drafts are also good to request if your assignment is not a rushed one. Also, constant communication truly makes a significant difference. I hope that you have better luck next time.
