How does one rationally debate with a being that does not even understand its own arguments?
chacha421: Thanks Carly... Please note that whatever you read here is in no way intended to damage the reputation of essaybay. I consider essaybay as a good company because its automatic payment system through paypal is really nice however, there are some issues specially with CSR. I hope you and your team would really work hard to improve and overcome your weaknesses. My war of words here is with certain individuals and not with you or anyone related with your firm. Carly killed it with kindness. (Fraudsters absolutely hate that, by the way.) She politely and repeatedly insisted that it allow her to investigate the matter. Because it is lying and has absolutely no case whatsoever, it decided that it had no other option but to "back out" of the confrontation with EB.

OxbridgeResearchers: This is what we are referring to ... as a company. We do not consider students at all, irrespective of how academically brilliant they may be ... My typing is very poor and I make plenty of typing errors. I am surprised you understood the question at all.
I just wondered because I remember a writer friend complaining about the Oxbridge. Bit confusing with the same name. Thanks for the reply.

pheelyks: I'm also not sure what "legally binding paper" is. I think it means "binder paper," the type upon which it practices its ABC's with a giant, red pencil in Ms. Johnson's class for mentally impaired adults.

pheelyks: Now, of those that raised their hands, how many have a contract with a certified stamp or attorney's signature present? None of you? Really? That is what you think... the papers you get in WELCOME Mails are not contracts the papers that you signed at the time of Credit Card, personal loans and mortgages requests are the actual legal documents which you never see in your life again except when they are presented against you in court of law and they are alway kept with the Bank. I am a professional banker and i exactly know how banks play their game and keep people like you in perpetual debt...

chacha421: I am a professional banker and i exactly know how banks play their game and keep people like you in perpetual debt... Ummm....sure you are, buddy. First of all, I'm not in perpetual debt. I'm actually in a lot less debt than most of my fellow US citizens (the benefits of ruining your credit when you're 16--you can;t borrow more later!). I use credit cards to build my credit back up by paying them off. But then as a banker, you'd know all about that.
Second, any contract signed in the US of A has to have a copy furnished to both parties. I usually through my credit card agreement out, but I had to be given one (on normal paper, by the way) with my card--it's the law. I have a copy of my lease, signed by myself and my landlord, sitting in a drawer in my kitchen (again, on regular white paper). I recently found (and threw out) the contract that I and the seller of my 1995 Volkswagen drew up two years ago when I bought the car (he hasn't come after me, so I figure I'm safe without the contract).
I could go on, but I feel I've divulged too much information about my personla finances already.
chacha421: If this is case, I now perfectly understand why the financial system of US collapsed because it allowed jerks like you to enter into legal agreements without proper involvement of authorities.. You;re an idiot. A lease is not a mortgage. I did not borrow money to pay my lease; no one bundled my loan into a security and sold it as a Triple-A rated investment. And, I've paid my lease on time every month, so even if it was a mortgage, I wouldn't have defaulted.
Again, as a professional banker (who for some reason finds it necessary to supplement his income writing sub-standard English papers), I'm sure you understand all of this.

My comment was general and you substantiated my comments with the remarks of how your mortgages were repackaged and re-sold... Did i mentioned a lease is a mortgage? Please show me that? And off-course there are always exception with regard to perpetual debt of US citizens as you have mentioned in your comment.. You are in less debt because you earn money by cheating customers...

serene: I just wondered because I remember a writer friend complaining about the Oxbridge. Yes - but had your friend properly read their webcopies, s/he would have realised the extent to which they lie! 3,000 Oxford and Cambridge students and graduates working for them; Morgan Stanley execs write up their application orders; etc etc ... absolutely ludicrous claims.
chacha421: Shall I laugh on this pathetic joke? How does one laugh on a joke? Wouldn't that necessitate one's physically sitting/standing on top of the joke (intangible) and laughing?! I don't think I know how to do that ... does that mean I'm not as brilliant as I always believed myself to be?!
chacha421: What a hypocracy..... It must not write in English ... it's English is very very disturbing. Prepositions, verbs, grammar, vocab ... all rotten. As for spelling and its tendency to quantify the unquantifiable ....!!!! chacha421: I am a professional banker Just as it is a writer, an entrepreneur, a businessthing (can't bring myself to put in man/woman), a lawyer, etc etc etc ... It is nothing but a vainglorious peacock.

chacha421: I will email the whole thing to admin probably tommorow morning...
It's now mid-afternoon and I've still not received an email to admin@ or carly@. Are you sure you're mailing them to essaybay.com?
If there is a problem, I'd really like to get it resolved for you. I'd hate to think you are simply embellishing, and making up problems where there are none. What would this achieve for either party?? As I've said, please email over your account ID or project ID. I can look at the client's details, release any payments to you and/or send over any money you're owed. I can also cross reference with the emails in our system, and see if our CS team really have been neglecting to respond to your enquiries.
Thanks, Carly
