That is what you think... the papers you get in WELCOME Mails are not contracts the papers that you signed at the time of Credit Card, personal loans and mortgages requests are the actual legal documents which you never see in your life again except when they are presented against you in court of law and they are alway kept with the Bank. I am a professional banker and i exactly know how banks play their game and keep people like you in perpetual debt...

If this is case, I now perfectly understand why the financial system of US collapsed because it allowed jerks like you to enter into legal agreements without proper involvement of authorities..

Ummm....sure you are, buddy. First of all, I'm not in perpetual debt. I'm actually in a lot less debt than most of my fellow US citizens (the benefits of ruining your credit when you're 16--you can;t borrow more later!). I use credit cards to build my credit back up by paying them off. But then as a banker, you'd know all about that.

Second, any contract signed in the US of A has to have a copy furnished to both parties. I usually through my credit card agreement out, but I had to be given one (on normal paper, by the way) with my card--it's the law. I have a copy of my lease, signed by myself and my landlord, sitting in a drawer in my kitchen (again, on regular white paper). I recently found (and threw out) the contract that I and the seller of my 1995 Volkswagen drew up two years ago when I bought the car (he hasn't come after me, so I figure I'm safe without the contract).

I could go on, but I feel I've divulged too much information about my personla finances already.

You;re an idiot. A lease is not a mortgage. I did not borrow money to pay my lease; no one bundled my loan into a security and sold it as a Triple-A rated investment. And, I've paid my lease on time every month, so even if it was a mortgage, I wouldn't have defaulted.

Again, as a professional banker (who for some reason finds it necessary to supplement his income writing sub-standard English papers), I'm sure you understand all of this.

I think you can differentiate between a general comment and specific comment.. My comment was general and you substantiated my comments with the remarks of how your mortgages were repackaged and re-sold...

And off-course there are always exception with regard to perpetual debt of US citizens as you have mentioned in your comment.. You are in less debt because you earn money by cheating customers...

If there is a problem, I'd really like to get it resolved for you. I'd hate to think you are simply embellishing, and making up problems where there are none. What would this achieve for either party?? As I've said, please email over your account ID or project ID. I can look at the client's details, release any payments to you and/or send over any money you're owed. I can also cross reference with the emails in our system, and see if our CS team really have been neglecting to respond to your enquiries.
