And the moral is.... do not submit someone else's work as your own!
Oh and before I get blown down in flames I would hold this same opinion which ever essay company you had chosen.
Lavinia have you noticed of late how many are making the same complaint on here? Comments such as these support the argument I made months ago about students buying these essays to submit as their own

O.O C'mon... do you really think that kids buy essays at 10 bucks a page to "study and use as a guide"? >.<

i don't think that there are any more complaints lately than usual. one would expect, given the nature of this board, that we would see a disproportionate number of consumers discussing their decision to pass a purchased paper as their own. after all, an individual who does not turn in their paper, and instead reworks it, would be far less likely to find out if a paper was plagiarized or to visit this board.

Is it possible that people might be negative towards this company to spite them or because they are genuinly bad? Do they guarantee anything at all?

Quoting Sinki,
This happened to one of my friends. She was given an essay full of plagiarism by Project1st class and she almost got thrown out. Only the kindness of the Supervisor worked on her behalf and she remained in the University. These companies, at least some of them, could be very very risky.

There are threads dedicated to "Project1st class," so you can post there. I understand you have a vendetta, but don't bring other people's threads off-topic.

If you got a paper that was copied from the internet, you should contact the company for a refund. If they do not respond, do a chargeback with your credit card company. Not only will they get the money removed from their bank account, they will also get hit with a chargeback fee from their merchant bank.
On the other hand, if you had gotten expelled for turning in a paper that was not yours, you would have totally deserved it.

I don't exactly have a vendetta, like the one you seem to be having against one of the members here. Still, when you lose more than £700 to a company for no fault of yours, and when similar situations crop up in the threads, I do not think there is anything wrong about saying things in a conversational way. Actually that is what this forum is meant for: to show the grievances, share it with others and if possible, make them aware of the dangers. I do not think there is any thread regimentalisation here.

How about the fact that their names will be listed as fraudulent customers on the Internet and it will be not easy for them to find a job or to explain themselves (well, they deserved it in most cases): http://www.ukessays.com/essayfraud.html

I have a "vendetta" against all crooks and frauds, of which EW_writer happens to be one of many who frequent this board.

If that is what happened .... the alternative scenario is that ukessays.com are publishing the personal details (name, home address) on the internet of some poor sods who've already felt violated by having their credit cards scammed.
