I've encountered a very interesting article about "fake news" or "flogs":
Instead of telling a personal story using a fake person in a blog format, they tell the story from the point of view of a reporter or journalist. It doesn't have the same level of personal connection as the mom, but treating the above like a formula, they increase the level of authenticity to compensate. http://www.jayweintraub.com/2009/06/the-perfect-storm.html
When I compare it to the example below it's clear this "marketing method" has been used by one of the essay writing companies, isn't it?

Interesting and very believable story. Awfully well-written and has obviously been thoroughly reviewed prior to publication. Hence, the absence of any and all linguistic mistakes and the consistent spelling of Novak's (or is it Novac) name.
Is the office cafeteria in cyber-space?

I'm actually a member of the Wednesday Club. Last week we discussed the works of Theodor Geisel (Dr. Seuss to the less informed). I found "Cat in the Hat" especially relevant to my personal and professional life--I'm in the middle of moving, and my apartment looks like the house after Thing 1 and Thing 2 got loose.

Major, nice find.
Next Wednesday, the honest folks at BestEssays (EssayWriters.net & Universal Research) will be taxing their literary analysis skills through a roundtable discussion of Everyone Poops in their virtual cafeteria.

Seriously, though, the fabricated press releases of Universal Research have been well-documented:

WritersBeware: ... "all the time" The actual lyric is "sometimes," WB. Now not only are you a liar, but you're a mis-quoter of R.E.M. Michael Stipe is angry!!! (and yes, of course I realize your misquote was intentional).

pheelyks: (and yes, of course I realize your misquote was intentional) Thank goodness—for a second there, I thought that I would have to compose a lyrical retort.

Here's a detailed account of some of Universal Research's press release fraud:

This is quite shocking. It is also illegal ... promoting themselves through the exploitation of the Sheraton name. not to mention their claiming that a university is actually supporting and promoting them! Co-branding by force ... a very very tempting thought, were it not for the fact that some have to adhere to the letter of the law. Seriously, though, there has to be an end to this ... I am going to do some research on the unfair competition angle as false advertising is, by law, a form of unfair trade practice ...
