Actually you are wrong there! those on the homepage are the ones that have the jighest rating. the ratings are based on customer feedback so therefore if a customer has only written one piece and the customer gives them 100% then they will appear in the ratings as a top writer. By the same token one piece with negative feedback can place that writer at the bottom of the ranking order as the percentages are also based on the number of orders completed.

Yeah, like monsta does. :) I do believe that the rating system is a tad unfair. When I get a couple of 9s from a client who just doesn't want to give out 10s, the system treats those 9s as 90s and that really hurts my average. Then again, I guess that inevitably happens when you get so many projects. >.<

ALL my assignments are GONE after paying to the escrow account using Paypal.
I can't even login to my account which is apparently been closed! What's gonna happen to my monies & assignments which are due within 2 weeks? I had written to the admin@essaybay.com numerous time but no one is responding to my enquiries:-(

Linda- I can log into the site as I used to work for them. If you can give me the order numbers I could check on the status of them for you see if there is any messages on there etc.Least then you would have some idea what is going on!

I have just started working for them but clearly have witnessed the weakness of essaybay system ( from writers' point of view). First Escrow for one of my orders is still pending despite the fact that i delivered the order almost a week ago. Customer is happy with the order. He paid for the order but the money is neither in Escrow nor in my account. The status is shown as ESCROW PENDING... i have been emailing them for a week now but no reply. They did not pick the phone ( customer made the same remarks too). the issue is Essaybay is enjoying free money because it is in their account. God knows when they will clear the pending Escrow or when they will at least reply to my or customer's emails.
anybody at Essaybay.. wake up... you are loosing your credibility...

Errr... you're not supposed to work on an order until AFTER the money has been deposited in an escrow account under your name. >.< Even if the client doesn't release the money then (which only happens when the client's a prick), it will be released by admin after some time. If you did the work and uploaded the paper WITHOUT your client ever making an escrow payment (which you should have first received in your list of pending payments on your writer's page) then I guess you just gave your client a free paper. XD

However, I do agree that their emailing system sucks. I've been trying to sort out an issue for weeks now but am still getting no reply from any of their representatives. Jennifer, if you can read this, I would really appreciate some long overdue assistance. XD

Jennifer is a proven fraud and liar. She claims (all over the Internet) to be an attorney, but another member with a background in the UK legal system proved that she is not. I don't think she's typed a word in this forum since.

However, the order was again placed back to me by the customer however, this time ESCROW was pending.. May be this is a technical error however, it has been a week now and despite our calls and emails nobody is responding. I don't think i business which claims to be most transparent in the industry can be so evasive.

As soon as the client releases the payment from escrow, writers can transfer payments to their own accounts instantaneously (but I think there's a 30-day holding period for new accounts).

I see. If this happened before you uploaded the paper, then you should have waited for the money to be placed back to your escrow account before you sent it. If it happened after you submitted the work then I agree that essaybay should resolve the matter.

essaybay.com is the same company as ukessays.com? They're both owned by academic answers it seems. Sorry I haven't scrolled through 6 pages to see if this has been posted before.

They are most inefficient ( or may be look so).. You will get no email replies from them, whenever you call them and anyone picks up, you will always hear that i am not the concerned person. concerned persons are busy... email them and they will respond to you.. and they never do..
I have been working with EW and other sites and they are at least excellent in replying back in solving your issues but ESSAY BAY does not seems to interested.
My assessment is that they are probably biggest fraud on the net.

I have requested my fund withdrawal a week ago but nothing has been sent to me yet. They even do not reply. seems to be biggest frauds... there business model though is a copy of ebay but they probably lack the integrity.. Is any one in UK can make a complain to authorities specially Securities and Exchange Commission to have a check on their parent company? I can provide technical assistance in this regard.

I think I've just uncovered a scam by one of essaybay's new writers. Recently, this writer climbed to a high rank. However, it seems that the positive feedback that he's earned all come from clients that he himself generated. This is purely speculation at this point though... given the atrocious grammar of his introductory message, I'm sure he'll get bumped down soon enough.
On other matters, anyone care to talk about the best writer they've found on the site so far? ^___^

I'm sorry I've not responded to these posts sooner - they were brought to my attention yesterday. I'm very concerned that the customer service has been below standard and our programmer Liam has spent today putting together a training program for the Customer Service team to make sure everyone knows what they are doing.

If you pay cheap you get cheap. Why are people here so stupid? Anyone wanti ng a good essay by a good writer should be prepared to pay for it - and any writer who cannot even write (despite all those pretty paper qualifications) should shut up and realise they are not as talented or intelligent as they thought.
By the way, this site is totally unrealiable - like all internet sites - and is run by scam essay site owner, and the main contibuters seem to be bitter ex-writers. Ho hum. This site means nothing at all, actually. It is a scam. Beware writers.
