I'm confused. You claim you're simply defending Writer Help Me out of the goodness of your heart, and it's clear you believe by addressing anyone's issues with WHM, you hope prove to the general public how great of a company WHM is. Do you agree? If not, please explain your purpose.

If you agree with the above, whether or not you are affiliated with WHM in any way, why would you get so defensive about someone insinuating you are affiliated? After all, you're just here to do right by wrongly accused companies, right?

Let's say I love a specific sports franchise. For every negative comment about said franchise, I have a rebuttal for why it's wrong. I'll argue 'til I'm blue in the face to prove how great my team is. It's clear as day to anyone around me how much I care about my team. In the process, someone accuses me of working for this team. They say I must work for them, or else why would I go to such lengths to defend them? Would I be mad? Ummmm, no. Would my favorite team threaten legal action against someone claiming I work for them? All I'm doing is defending them, so why would they?

That example only reflects your stance on this forum, of course. I'm not saying you're doing right by Writer Help Me, but you've made it very clear that you think you are. So why are you so mad?

WRONG. As I have clearly stated numerous times, I defend ALL writers, sites, and companies that I know for a fact are being libeled, defamed, or misrepresented. It just so happens that-because of the site's market share and resulting jealously from competitors- Writer Help Me gets attacked a lot. Therefore, I defend it a lot. Funny-I don't see you denying that I have been proven correct for doing so each and every time.

By using tools and inside information that a m-rn like you can't fathom, we determined that RustyPieceOf was being employed by the Ukrainian fraudsters to attack me and-to a lesser extent-WRT. The evidence is irrefutable. In exchange for not being sued, the Ukrainians agreed to fire RustyPieceOf and never engage in any such attacks against us again. Guess what-RustyPieceOf was making many of the same, libelous claims that you are making (which you are talentless and brainless enough to copy). Just as with Rusty PieceOf (who swore up and down that it would never happen), it's only a matter of time before I and others legally track you down and make you answer in US District Court for your libel and defamation. Unlike the Ukrainians, however, you will experience no mercy. That's a promise.

Well, I just checked and the good news is, my paper was complete on time. The bad news is, I paid for more pages than I received and as it stands right now, the content does not serve as a good model, at all. I assume that the individuals that I requested were not able to take up this assignment. In essence, I am going to request a re-write.

There were grammatical errors and typos. At times, it was even hard to follow what was being stated. It doesn't appear that any amount of relevant thought, was put into answering some the specific questions that I needed help addressing. It was specific to the issue, but more so general about a topic. Hopefully, the re-write will come out better, and I can update everyone on how that goes!

2. An intentionally anonymous username cannot be libeled. Also, truth is an absolute defense against libel.

3. As "Editor75," you have openly LIED in this forum about NOT being a writer/editor, with no connection whatsoever to the industry.

4. Now that you have admitted to being RustyIronChains, you are also legally responsible for ALL libelous and defamatory statements made by that username. GOOD JOB! (Trust me-I have them all archived.)

5. Since you have now admitted to being fired by academia-research, referencing academia-research's records (which can be obtained via subpoena) will quickly identify your real identity for civil prosecution by a number of different individuals and companies.

6. At no time did I ever state that I (or any other entity) "took you to court." Nice attempt at twisting the facts, as usual.

7. "RustyIronChains" was an anonymous username used to libel and defame numerous entities. Although unaware of the real identity of the human being behind "RustyIronChains," WRT's attorneys determined that "RustyIronChains" was acting as a representative of academia-research for personal gain. WRT's attorneys demanded to academia-research that all libelous and defamatory activities by the anonymous "RustyIronChains" username immediately cease.

I received my refund and I am very happy that I was reimbursed. Unfortunately I will have to conduct my own research for my paper but WHM handled the situation as best they could and in the end I am happy with the outcome.
