Stay away from theessay.co.uk. They Charged me £59.80 for an essay and gave me a plagarised document for my money. In fact what they sent me was one of the documents I had downloaded from the internet to use as a reference in my essay. I could have been booted of my course if I hadn't checked it. I spent over 5hours trying to resolve the issue. Initially I got some response but nothing that addressed the issue and ended up being absolutely ignored. I am now at 1.30 am trying to complete the essay. I don't know who I'm more angry at myself for being conned or them for conning me.

Why, just this morning I gave someone a 3rd because he did virtually no research on the subject, and offered no analytical insight. Glad you have the time on your hands cos I don't. I have 3 exams and 2 essays done this week. I prefer to do my own work but I am only human and have only 24 hours in my day. I'm sure you would know that as many of your country men & women go to the same college, (here in my home country). We are a very trusting people (more fool us) and when we ask and pay for a service we expect that service to be provided just as honestly as we would provide it.

I am getting my 100% refund from them. When looking through websites in relation to people being scammed by writing websites I noticed your user name comes up alot. I was right you clearly have too much time on your hands.You seem to have that much time to spare that you even managed to get yourself banned form one. From what I read I can see why. Why don't you go to college for 2-4 years and see what work has to be done and how you cope with all the different assignments and exams. Hell you might even learn some manners. Or do they not have them where you come from ???????????????????????

Good for you :) If you did not receive that which you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund. Worse thing is, most students do not pursue it and allow sites to provide them with unusable, shoddy work. This is theft.

The law is on your side. The Sale of Goods and Services Act quite clearly states that the service/good received must comply with the provider/seller's advertised claims. Your expectation is, therefore, a legal right :)

5) the founder and owner of a multi-million pound commercial empire
And in her spare time, she comes here and posts valuable information. The mods have, rather spitefully, banned her several times. As she, however, is intent on helping all of you, she has taken out countless ID's and made hundreds of posts (as many as 42 in one day). Don't you appreciate any of this?

We all know that if you buy something & don't get what you pay for you go back to the point of purchase & complain & get a refund. It is breech of advertising and taking money under false pretences. I got my money back when complained. I stood up to them & it paid off. I never used one of those sites before & I never will again. I just need to learn to manage my time better when I get a number of assignments in together. (Thankfully I have the awareness to know when I have a problem even if only with my time management. The MODUFF freak obviously hasn't that much).
Don't take any notice of that freak of natures abusive tone or language he/she is obviously not happy even in his/her own tiny little world of nothing but anger. Wouldn't it be great if they took their anger and did something constructive with it like get a life and anger management classes. Hell they may even resemble a human being in the end !!!!!!!!! A few english language & grammer classes wouldn't go astray eithir !!!!!!!!!!!!!! The best thing to do is ignore them. Indulging him/her will only make them feel important & hell they are so ignorant they are actually funny. Enjoy the laugh at his/her expense !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ahhh the poor MAD MODUFF can't understand english, ahhh the poor thin,g in his/her anger thinks I failed. Well I haven't yet. This person is so easy to track to all the forums and they spend so much time writing. By the way, you started on this site accusing an essay site of being a scam. Then they gave you a refund. Therefore, you bhave proven that YOU lied about them and made false allegations. JUST like WRT and WB on here. THAT is why this forum stinks - because of filth like you.

Oh you poor sad thing. I'M THE ONE WHO STOOD UP TO THE FRAUDSTERS AND GOT THE 100% REFUND AND HAVEN'T FAILED MY COURSE. Like I said you have a very poor command of the english language.
Why don't you sit down & have a nice relaxing cup of tea and think about how nice your life could be if you let go of all that anger or harness some of the physical energy and do something constructive like learn english, proper manners and being curteous. Now you say you got a refund. But you still say the company is a run by fraudsters. Are you TOTALLY think or just giving a good impression?

The essay was to be 800 words. I even gave them the particular references required for the essay including the one they sent to me as the actual essay they were suppose to have written for me. Unfortunately I had another 4 assignments of 1500 words each to do and prepare for exams which is why I went online to the essay. co. uk. In the end I did the essay myself and finished it with just 5 hours to the deadline and I still had to drive 40 km to college to submit it. I did it with time to spare.
I would advise any student to do their own work & not bother woth these essay websites. I think its a case of managing time better when a number of assignments come in together. Believe me when I say I do understand so many good students find time the greatest issue when a number of assignments are given out & due in together. Only a student would truly understand that.
If you have been conned then stand up for yourself & insist that you are going to your bank & report them & organise a reversal of the charges on the grounds of fraud. I did and I got a 100% refund. It is fraud until you actually get your money back other than that it is attempted fraud. My daughter is a solicitor and that is how I know.
Please don't take any notice on these forums of the ranting & raving of ModuffHe/she has a tendency to rant & rave on a number of sites with less than the truth & less than perfect english.
