Hello, I submitted an essay request yesterday to elephantessays.com. I haven't heard anything from them (no order confirmation, no response to a question I e-mailed them, and an automated response when I called their 24-hour help line), has anybody else used this site successfully or should I be worried?

You haven't paid them anything, they don't owe you anything. Why are you worried?

I gave them my credit card info as part of the essay request process, they haven't charged me yet but they do have it.

Hi, I have conducted a search regarding this company on this site, but couldn't find any concrete opinions. (3 threads came up, although someone offered to provide opinions on this company, it was not followed through)
Kindly share your experience about this site if any, I just need to know whether it is a fraud, much appreciated.
