Hi.
Basically I want to make a post about my terrible Ordeal with this extremely Low Quality Organisation in my opinion. Seriously it's the worst organisation I've come across and that's saying something cause lets face it, there are more than a few out there.
OK so back to the Question at hand. Can I use quotes from their actual site to add to my little case to save others the Mistake I made by trusting them? Cause I would like to show how they don't honour their Guarantee's which is splattered all over the main page and in their FAQ's section and how they use Loopholes to get out off them and to prevent Trusting Customers from getting their Money back as well as several other instances.
Thanks for any Replies in Advance :)

Hi Lore, Yes, you can. What are you doing to get your money back? Do not, under any circumstances, allow them to get away with your money.

Firstly thanks for the response WRT. I am currently looking into my options for getting my money back including Legal and Forcefully recovered if dissertation-help.co.uk as usual tries to prolong this matter any longer with their delay tactics. I have requested that a Superior contact me on Monday since everytime I request to speak to a Superior I am told he is either busy, gone home and in the last conversation on Friday told both and also that the Person that was named as only on Thursday no longer worked for them and given another name. I informed the person I talked to, to inform his Superior to contact me on Monday and also sent an email requesting the same so they have no excuse.
I will be talking to my Bank in regard with what they can do in the matter including Chargeback options if available as well as Contacting several Legal Bodies. It's only been like 2 days and I have already built up quite a bit of information on them and it seems they have broken several Regulations and UK Laws so if they do not comply on Monday I will start sending the Information I have gathered and their details to those Bodies and let them deal with them and hopefully that will be the end of their crooked ways.
Also WRT if there are any recommendations you or anyone else has dealing with such including in recovering my Money it would be much appreciated if you'd let me know.
And also as always thanks in advance for all that help. :)

Yes, do that. Never ever allow any to scam you out of your money.
Do you have the payment receipt? Take a look at it and note the name of their payment processor - Swreg, Authorize, PayPal, etc? Write to their payment processor and give them the following info: 1) the vendor's name - in this case, dissertation-help 2) your receipt/order # (along with a copy) tell them that you did not receive the goods you paid for and need an immediate refund. Cite vendor fraud and violation of contractual agreement. Most comply within 48-72 hours.
Do not wait for dissertation-help to get back to you. Had they wanted to issue a refund they would have done so and, upon your demand, provided you with the necessary proof (such as refund order #).

Excellent! SWreg is usually very responsive. Make sure you used the vendors@swreg.org email. Try addressing it to Paul as he's the most vigilant one there.

Is anyone familiar with Research Eden or has worked with or is still working for them? They are having problems with their site. Therefore, they also incurred delay in paying me in the middle of this month. They also use SWReg payment.

SWreg cannot issue writer payments without the vendor's authorisation and explicit say so.

Ok well SWReg said it was looking into the matter before forwarding it on to dissertatio-help which I found out while talking to them. Dissertation-help are now saying they will give me a full refund but are also threatening to contact my uni if I do want my refund which I find really underhanded and threatening.
If they do so then nothing will be holding back from sending the relavent information to authorities that will be dealing with them and since I have found a few violation on my own I can only conclude that they will find even more which will result in fines aswell as hopefully them being completely shut down.
I have given them until Friday to process my Refund and if not then on Monday will just send all information gathered to relavent parties who will take their own actions.
Like always any advise will be appreciated.

Lore: also threatening to contact my uni if I do want my refund which I find really underhanded and threatening Write back to them and tell them that 1) they are assuming that the junk they gave you was, in any way, usable 2) they are assuming that you were going to hand in the essay as is, rather than use it as a model 3) blackmail is illegal and that you will be reporting the matter 4) come hell or high water, you want your money and that's that
Write to Swreg and tell them that their vendor is blackmailing customers ...
The university threat is over the top - do not take it lying down.

Hi. Eurgh, I wish I has read this post before ordering. They basically gave me the entirely wrong 'answer'. It was not remotely about the topic I had commissioned them to do! And now I keep on contacting them but they keep on delaying. I don't know what to do. They threatened to contact my university if I report them. They also told me to wait till Saturday when they will give me a refund... but I am not sure whether to trust them or not? Does anyone else have any experiences with them? Will they give my money back or should I contact the bank tomorrow anyway? Thanks :)

wow: They also told me to wait till Saturday when they will give me a refund... but I am not sure whether to trust them or not? Why Saturday? This does not even begin to make sense. Tell them to issue the refund immediately and send you a copy of the refund transaction they subsequently receive from SWreg.
wow: did they contact your uni? Do not take blackmail lying down. By doing so, you are enabling fraud. Should ANY threaten to report the matter to your university for no other reason than your demanding a refund (owed to you because of shoddy work or non-delivery), simply tell them that you will be reporting them for blackmail: 1) forward the `blackmail' email to their payment processor 2) forward a copy to your local law enforcement Inform them that you will do so.
Customers: 1) Blackmail is illegal 2) refusal to process of LEGITIMATE REFUND is unethical and illegal
