i'v seen various mentions about this firm around the site but couldnt find an actual thread, so here is one now! i also tried essayrelief.co.uk and had just as bad an experience but i'' mention that in another thread.
stay well away from these rip off merchants.
my story is huge, expensive and was very painful - i really wish i'd had the mind to research them a bit first and maybe found this site here. im not going to go in to the countless phonecalls iv made, emails iv sent, the letdowns, missed schedules, not to mention the hours of time and hundreds of pounds iv wasted.
they guarantee on their website 100% satisfaction. they also promise no plagiarism, no late submission, professional writers etc etc etc. i challenge everything about them, they are liars, cheats and thieves and their true level of satisfaction is approximately 100% below zero.
their first submission to me was cut and pasted from original papers i'd actually sent to them with my original order. how funny is that? they resent me another, a week after my hand in date and this time it was copied straight from a book.
so they broke every guarantee.
im hoping my credit card company will refund me the money as customessays dont respond to emails or phonecalls. i'll update when i know the outcome.

These are the same scumbags who own MasterPapers.com and Academia-Research.com. They are notorious for ripping off both customers AND freelance writers.
By the way, they are NOT located in the UK. They are located in the Ukraine. Here's some more info:

im beginning to realise what big business this scam is.
they really should be ashamed of themselves but i guess while the £300 or so i paid them is worth 10 times that much in ukraine, it is going to need strong government action to stop this.
so i wont hold my breath.
you have my utmost repsect and thanks for this website - just wish id found you sooner!!

I have been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks for an order of 5000 words that the writer delivered 2 weeks late, plagiarised and wouldn't even achieve a 3rd let alone a 2.1. Their phone number hardly ever works and the customer service department give threats on the phone e.g. "If you keep calling to chase this up we will not refund you." I am very disappointed I wasted my money. Do not use customessays.co.uk (they are also a non-UK company that dial using an internation number 00591).
