A few weeks ago I had placed an order on International economic relations with Customessaymeister.com using a 2 day option. I am an international student from Japan, and I really needed help writing that 15 page paper. The contact person, Jason, was very nice and promised everything will be “top notch” (his words).

I really worried because the deadline was short and my professor does not give extensions.
Result: I paid more than $350 for a 15 page paper due in 2 days, but they were late! I started to worry 2 hours before the deadline, because Jason said the paper will come on time. Then the deadline came and 2 more hours passed. I started emailing them, but they did not respond for 3 hours!! Two hours before I had to go to the university, they emailed me and said that the paper will be delivered only 24 hours from now. I was panicking!!! It is the first time I ordered a paper, and I felt really cheated, because I did not get it on time!!

Then, Jason from Customessaymeister.com sent me an email in which he recommended weird things on how to get a paper extension! Just look:

1. Pretend you are very sick! Your professor will give you extension.
2. Print out any paper using an ink printer. When you carry that paper to class ‘accidentally’ pour Coke on the paper. This will ruin the paper and you will get extension.
3. Pretend you confused the deadlines. Many professors will give extension only because you are a foreign student.
4. Drink 6 cups of black strong coffee. Caffeine will drastically increase your blood pressure and you will feel dizzy. Go to the doctor on campus, and you will legally get excused from class!
5. Tell your professor that your mother died and that you were so upset that could not concentrate on the paper. Don’t worry, American professors will not ask your for a death certificate and will not call your family in Japan to verify your words. They will trust you.
Those are some of good ideas we recommend other clients! I promise you will get your paper today before midnight!
Jason

I was really shocked that a custom company which claims to be American gives such weird advises. I should have immediately understood that if they give me such advices to trick my teacher, then they probably trick me, too!! But since I wanted to get a good grade I did what Jason told me! I “accidentally” dropped my papers, disk and Coke on the paper and tricked the professor. I got extension and thought that my trouble is over, but it only started!!!

I got a paper, but when I checked it on Google, it was plagiarized!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I understood that I was tricked and asked for a refund, but Jason told me that they do not issue refunds!!!!! He promised me that they can revise it and have it ready in 2 days!!!! But it is already past duedate!!! He again told me to use some tricks to get a longer extension! I no longer trusted Jason and demanded a refund!! He then became very angry and said that he will publish my name and my assignment on the internet so that everyone can see that I was ordering some paper online! He called me a cheater and said that I will not get my money because the company does not issue refunds, but only gives revisions!!!

What should I do? Do you think my credit card company will return my money stolen by Customessaymeister.com? Jason said that credit card companies do not issue refunds if the ordered services are illegal and that I should not even try it!

NOW I feel very upset and sad! I feel like fool who trusted customessaymeister.com out of despair! They are thieves!!! Please do not make my mistake! Choose only legitimate companies!!

More like the credit card company will not continue to allow him to charge if they know the service is illegal. Contact the company, request a chargeback, and tell them that the company did not deliver as promised. The burden of proof is on the company, not the customer.

That's right, but then don't be surprised your credit score has decreased...

Disputing a fraudulent transaction will not hurt one's credit score. It is the credit card company that reports to the credit agencies. They would have no reason to report a client for disputing a bogus charge.

i'd have to agree with WB on the credit score issue. disputing does not decrease your score. i think that theoretically the only way that it might happen would be if you dispute, the credit card company resolved your dispute in a way that still required you to pay and then you continued to refuse to pay...

as an avid credit score watcher, i'd be interested to know major if you think the dispute can harm one's score in some other way.

I can buy a $500 worth service using my Amex card and lie I have never received the service. If I wanted to do it frequently enough and did not have a reasonable excuse, I'm sure that would be reported to the appropriate institutions (without my knowledge, but with my consent since I have originally approved their TOS, without reading 20 pages of text, of course). After a while they send me a letter "Sorry, we cannot allow you to use our credit card because it appears your credit score is too low." The credit card companies don't want trouble as much as merchants.

major-

you are definitely correct that a company can elect to deny you the use of their credit card for pretty much any reason. in fact, a lot of companies are known to have internal blacklists that id people who have, for one reason or another, po'd the company. so if amex (example) were to close your account it would be unlikely that you could get another amex even years into the future.

but that doesn't impact your credit score. the company doesn't report that info to Transunion, Equifax or Experian and so a dispute wouldn't impact your FICO score or any other credit score calculation used to determine lending. the company would report the closed credit card account, but they don't give a reason for the closure. there isn't anywhere on a credit report that says "card closed b/c of disputes" or any mathematical difference betwen a card closed for that reason or another reason. a closed credit card doesn't look bad on one's report. it doesn't look good either, but that's another subject.

Thanks God, I got a refund! Actually, it wasn\'t painful :))

But, Major, what did you say about the credit score? Does it mean that fraudulent companies like Customessaymeister.com, besides cheating you by providing plagairized papers too late to submit to your class, also harm your credit score?

Do you suggest that i should have given up my $350 for a plagiarized paper+delivered late? Would YOU do that?

Sounds like the statement \"If you don\'t like a plagiarized paper and want your money back-we will ruin your credit score \"---is going to be a new theme at Customessaymeister.com and other fraudulent companies.

The credit card companies are getting smarter (especially as far as online purchases are concerned). Now you may feel "you did nothing wrong." But did you, really? YOU, for some reason, were the one who out of hundreds of different companies chose the one you bought the service from. You were supposed to do pre-shopping research, not the credit card company. It seems you preferred to pay a few bucks less and chose a more risky route than when ordering from a more reputable company (but for more $$).

Now, if you happen to have such "bad luck" in your further purchases (even though genuinely you may not be at fault), the system "red-flags" you and puts a note: "Warning, unreasonable buyer." There are many little points that make up your credit score and the most important ones are only internally available to your bank and... collection agencies.
