I ordered a term paper from them last week and I did not receive the paper on time! I failed my class and I don't even get a refund!
From their website,it states
Your paper delivered on time or your money back! – we do not want to take your money if we failed.
BUT THIS IS WHAT THEY REPLIED ME!

Once the payment is received; considered final and not refunded. It is clearly mentioned on our website under refund policy head, i.e.

WTF! This is definitely RIDICULOUS! Please don't order from them, you are losing your money and you won't receive your paper on time! BE AWARE OF THEM! I am posting this because I don't want anyone else to lose their money like me and failed their class as well.

My friend and I ordered term paper on the same time, and both of us did not get our paper on time! And NO REFUND when we requested! If only one of us did not get our paper on time, it can be the writer's fault, but both of us, this is so unreasonable! And we gave them like 10 days to write the paper! This website is a complete SCAM! Save your money and order from another website! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! Also, different representative gives different information in their website, they are totally a scammer! AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR REFUND BACK! This is my worst experience ever!

I'd suggest you should go ahead and write a few reviews on this company and telling others about your negative experience.
I doubt the company is being operated from Pakistan because as compared to the overall global traffic, traffic from Pakistan is about 1/3.
I also doubt some Jame Fuller from USA has registered the company (locked status - paying more bucks to hide the actual details) and has outsourced it to Pakistan.
You should have conducted some research beforehand. Content on their webpage is just so lousy.

I have used the same service (CustomEssayHelp.com) and they delivered the paper to me on time , got 70% in my final results
They are not a scam....
