I find it funny that Custom-Writing.org belittles other companies, while guaranteeing "US, UK" writers with "PhD and MBA" degrees:
custom-writing.org/online-essay
Custom-Writing.org also claims to be based in Sacramento, California in order to attract American customers who would otherwise have little to no interest in ordering their English language papers from an ESL, Ukrainian service. In reality, Custom-Writing.org is based in Kiev, Ukraine. On 10/12/2007, the owner/agent of Custom-Writing.org in Ukraine used www.bizfilings.com to remotely open a limited liability company (C.W. Assistance L.L.C.) online. Here's the proof, from the California Secretary of State:
http://kepler.ss.ca.gov/corpdata/ShowLpllcAllList?QueryLpllcNumber=20072861 0361
------------------------- CW ASSISTANCE LLC
Number: 200728610361 Date Filed: 10/12/2007 Status: active Jurisdiction: CALIFORNIA
Address: UI BOGATURSKAYA 6/1 APT 145 KIEV 04210 UKRAINE, YY
Agent for Service of Process: BUSINESS FILINGS INCORPORATED (C2113485) -------------------------
This is what Sherlock would refer to as "evidence."

In reality, this is only a judicial address of this company (Kyiv, Ukraine). This company is located in Donetzk (regional city in Ukraine).
Kyiv, BOGATURSKAYA 6/1 is located in suburbia of Kyiv. It is not even a business region Photo of the "office" can be found at:
http://realty.emarket.kiev.ua/real-estate/kvartira-prodazha-kiev-bogatyirsk aya-61_444575.html
(This is a real estate site. I could find only this photo online)

www.researchwritingcenter and Custom-Writing.org is one and the same company
Two of their employees who cheat and deceive you: Marina Martynova (23-years old), Myhailo Kovtyn (about 20-years old).

Great! How could anyone manage to click photos of these two employees. Must be an employee herself/himself i guess. Young entrepreneurs, must say! But are they succesful?

Manada,
I understand that these two have managed to open remote companies, but how do they manage to attract clients? I mean, the technical aspect of it. Is it simple or are these two software professionals or what? I'm getting seriously interested in how all of this works!

WritersBeware: " Upon information and belief" WB Lol, your lawyer told you to add this 'disclaimer piece' every time you slander your competition?
Mind, it won't help ya when you are to face a defamation and slander lawsuit against these companies, the proof is here among the thousands of your previous slandering posts.

Am I supposed to be scared? Really? Bring it on, pal! I look forward to it! (FYI, you wouldn't be the first to make that dreaded, company-ending mistake.) Oh, and if you think that I post my best evidence in this forum, you'd be mistaken.

Jurisdiction: CALIFORNIA
There goes your "proofs" that the company is trying to hide from the American law.
WritersBeware: the State of California canceled Your biased imagination told you that "the State" cancelled? Where is your evidence that "The State of California canceled" it?

stu4: Your biased imagination told you that "the State" cancelled? Understand the language, jackass. Are you claiming that an entity other than the State of California canceled it?
By the way, where's your evidence to assert any claim?

WritersBeware: Understand the language, jackass. Are you claiming that an entity other than the State of California canceled it? No, I just claim that the status is: canceled.
I see no other note that would prove your false point that the state of california cancelled it. The owners could cancel it themselves.

Again, you do not understand the nuances of the language, which is why you have absolutely no "business" being in the American research industry. Genius: what entity canceled the corporation? The State of Maine? The Star Trek crew? Jiminy Cricket? Brett Favre?
stu4: The owners could cancel it themselves. LMAO! You didn't take long at all to fall into my trap. Tell me—if the owner (i.e., you) voluntarily requested that the State of California cancel the corporation, why are you breaking the law by continuing to advertise a corporation that does not exist?

The claim of "direct contact with the writer" is another blatant lie. All contact goes through the message boards on the site, which are monitored by admin...the number of times I've attempted to contact customers but been denied by admin is huge.

That was easy. For the same reason why you (EssayTown) intentionally and unlawfully HIDE the business address from the public.

stu4: That was easy. For the same reason why you (EssayTown) intentionally and unlawfully HIDE the business address from the public. LMAO! You're a f**king moron, but what's new? Everyone is well aware of EssayTown's location in New Jersey. The company provides that New Jersey address in its emails, and all of its writers receive checks from that New Jersey address. (Yeah, that's right—I actually conduct research before posting.)
Stewy, guess what: I'm coming after your illegal sites. You've screwed with the wrong person.

WritersBeware: Plus, the company provides the address in its emails, and all of its writers receive checks from the New Jersey address. Not to mention the fact that I signed a legal contract with the company that also contained this address, and faxed it back to a NJ number (this latter isn't proof positive of course, given forwarding capabilities, but considering I have to pay US taxes on what I earn I think the address is fairly close to certain).

WritersBeware: Everyone is well aware of EssayTown's location in New Jersey. WRONG. If a client places an order he or she is not aware of the location.
WritersBeware: The company provides that New Jersey address in its emails Funny, the company you're trying to slander also provides the address and other legal information via email.

As a freelancer, you also receive a 1099, right? Isn't the company's New Jersey address on the 1099 form, as well?

stu4: WRONG. If a client places an order he or she is not aware of the location. Sorry, but once again, you are WRONG. The company's main, physical address in New Jersey is clearly available on the site. The company's California mailing address is also available on the site. (FYI, they have a mailing address in California as a convenience to customers on the West Coast for whom it would otherwise take longer to ship materials and/or payment to the company's physical office in New Jersey.)
You lose—terribly—again. Please hit the closet bar in Kiev.

Wow, what a surprise. The fraudsters have cancelled their long-time LLC after having been exposed. They have also removed that fake, fraudulent, "American" address from their sites. Mission accomplished.
