i have just been ripped off by this fraudulent company, i had concerns from the first few days as when the writer was writing to me there were many mistakes within the text. i brought this up with the "staff" part of the site and they kept saying dont worry everything will be ok. they did give me a paper but it was all copied and pasted from medline, and it was two days to late for me to do anything about it. they told me that they would give me a full refund of $659 if i provided them with the assignment that i wrote so that they could see how a good paper should be writen . obviously i told them that i was not going to give them my work as they would sell it as their own i havent had a reply since then. i would advise any student who is running out of time on an assignment NOT to use this company as you will still have to do the assignment your self as what they produce is a pile of crap.CUSTOM TERM PAPERS are rip of merchants, who have no intention of giving anyone a good assignment all they want is your money. they also go by the name privatewriters.com DONT USE THEM

lol..i know, it is not funny. But, I was ripped off by them too in a very similar manner. But, to tell you the truth, I think most of these companies are doing the same thing. After all, who can you complain to?
We can only gripe after we have lost hundreds of dollars to these crokked contractors

Start with your credit card company/bank/PayPal/whatever method you used to pay for the essay. If the company won't issue a refund, go to the source of the money.

I did try calling the credit card company. It was no use. The transaction I made had already gone through. I was screwed unfortunately. The credit card company said they would contact the company with no guarantee. Ive been told it is unlikely I can retrieve my loss. :(

Get an AMEX card. I believe they're the most protective of their customers over any issue of fraud or discrepancy with what you receive for your money.
