I am seeking information regarding firms that provide individualized assessment and feedback services on student writing samples.
I would be interested in learning more about firms that are out there that do this kind of work.

You might want to do some research on this forum: Sift through a few posts. You'll get quite a few names of such companies.

Some ambiguous answers in many of these threads...are people handcuffed from giving details. I highly recommend that you look into your academic institution's writing lab (most have them). If this is not convenient, or your are short on time (shame on you), then essay forum seems like a decent community to receive some basic feedback if your essay is on the smaller side. Hope this helps...though the best answer is to take advantage of your school's writing center/lab.

Thanks but that does not answer my initial question. I am interested in FIRMS/Businesses (ie. third party service providers) that that provide individualized assessment and feedback services on college student writing samples.
If there are such FIRMS, I am interested in learning about your offering. I have performed research on the topic but have yet to find firms that hire skilled editors/(not SOFTWARE), to perform the described services.
