Well, what are some companies like custompapers.com that does not require advanced payment, instead review the order and determine if they are able to do the work. Because paper I am ordering might be too complicated thus I do not want pay first and then get a reply "sry can't do it", then wait for 3-4 days for refund.

Manchu - most if not all legitimate companies do not require payment when placing an order.
The best companies do NOT require payment when you fill in the order form.
Why? Because they are legitmate and honest companies and know that no company can guarantee they can find a quality writer for every single order, especially technical or high level ones. If they say they can, they are liars. Probably, many companies will want you to pay for your 1 day 1st class essay in astro-physics RIGHT NOW. Then you'll be let down and have a long wait for a refund IF one ever materialises.
NEVER PAY UNTIL THE ESSAY COMPANY CONFIRMS THAT THEY CAN DO THE ORDER. CHECK THE COMPANY IS A LEGITIMATE LIMITED COMPANY BEFORE ORDERING.
Why do you think the company you mention is so unusal in this regard? Do you own it? Trying a little free advertising and shill eh?

I can't mention the site's name as it is one of those LEGITIMATE UK companies which have "opted out of this forum."
Really strange, considering that they are THE ORIGINAL PROVIDER OF HIGH QUALITY UK ESSAYS and only hire CAMBRIDGE and Oxford writers ...
