Let's have it clients, would you be willing to buy papers from a company that will readily give you up when questioned by your university?

Put it this way:
Would you pay $20+ per page for a paper that you CAN NOT USE except as a sample/model, and if you use some ideas from it with out referencing, or use it as your own the company would take legal action against you for copyright violation and may inform authorities including your university?

In what fantasy land do you live where an essay company would (1) ever be "questioned" by a university or (2) "give up" any information about its clients? Universities don't have any legal authority to demand any information from private companies.
Make up your mind already: Is your problem with ET that they DO prohibit plagiarism or that they DON'T? You've started threads complaining that they should be more vigilant against plagiarism and now you seem to be implying that it's a waste of money to buy essays unless the company DOES allow plagiarism after sale. Which is it? If you're against plagiarism, what do you care about studetns who plan to misuse the product? If you support plagiarism, what's with all your complaints in other threads that ET doesn't do enough to counter it? Only an idiot would try to maintain both positions simultaneously.

It is inconceivable that any essay company would "take legal action" against a copyright violation that doesn't involve selling their property. For students who use the product properly, they can definitely learn how to structure an essay, write properly, and research effectively from it.

Exactly. Why should you buy from those companies? Sure they hide behind the veneer of "not being able to point you out" now but what happens when they are compelled to do so? It's no fantasy that the U.S. government may one day cave in from pressure coming from the academe to find out who cheats their way to a university degree. When that happens, its the "legitimate" companies who will become far easier prey than us off-shore folk.
