Someone pretending David sent me email with paper quote. He lied that one of his friends used our service and was happy with it. As we have a lot of new customers who become our loyal clients that way, it was not suspicious. He insisted then to call. I gave him Skype ID. Someone
called me. I declined suspicious call. Then he again lied that he didn't call and already placed order with ******.com
That's the story :)

Is foreign-based customer care = unqualified or low-paid writers? Please, proof here! During the financial crisis outsourcing is really helpful and favorable method to reduce costs and stay on track.

Now. Abt these websites. I don't know what seo ppl we hire do to promote websites. If anyone prove that these websites violating copyright or officially registered trademark we'll ask them to remove/delete that. As they are good in what they do, we do not spy on them.

You are always welcome! I'm happy working for them, I'm a mother with 2 children and it's quite difficult to earn here enough to support my family. Customer care dept is one thing, although it sounded quite discriminative that foreign based customer support = poor service. I got offended first, but really, errare humanum est and it is difficult to objectively judge ppl and services you don't know.
I'm doing all my best replying to all requests and trying to keep customers satisfied. I know that one of the toughest parts of running a business is building customer loyalty, and I'm happy as most of them come back to order essays. They don't care about my mistakes, as they are happy with good quality of our essays written by native US writers.
Our owners keep low margins to make clients happy and to pay writers as much as they can.
Anyway, I'm happy that everything is ok now :))
I also checked abt these websites, probably, SEO optimizers did unethical thing, but there is no violation as none of these names were/are registered trademarks.

Yea they took everyone from the search results and tried to hijack their site names, that sounds like a good company who cares about paying writers as much as possible (because it is clear to see they did not spend the money on web design considering most of the sites are just a screen shot!)
If they have a Ukrainian IP and this lady got a Skype call from someone in Ukraine, then where is the mystery here Sherlock Holmes? That was more than likely one of their "Native American Writers" calling after a hard day of hunting buffalo on the open plains. You know I got a phone call 3 weeks ago from a telemarketer named David, sweet Jesus what if it is the same guy... just calling people?
