This company swears up and down they are legit, but I have come across numerous on-line reviews that swears they are a fraud. Does anyone have first hand experience with them?
As you can see, I'm new to the site. Where can I find a legit company to help me with a project?

If you care about a quality product, go with them. If you care about the nationality of their owners, you may seek further. (but, again, would you not use Google if you knew their owner and founder was born and raised in Moscow, Russia? -- that is the fact, btw).

Would CNN do? They did an investigative piece on the company and received an `F' graded piece of work.

If we were xenophobes or if this was about nationality rather than consumer fraud, then we won't use Google. However, this is not about nationality. It is about brazenly lying to customers about
1) company nationality
2) writers' nationality
3) writers' academic qualifications
etc etc

Knowing how Americans treat immigrants in the US I'm sure he has many times not revealed he's from Russia. His accent reveals it though.

He's trying his best to lose his accent and many people actually think his native language is English (which he will not deny if he doesn't have to).

Yes he does, as any American corporation do. He hires thousands of workers from countries like China, India, Russia, Pakistan and others who quite often have difficulties to read instructions in English. For the local country standards the hired workers are just fine, BUT for the American standards they are far away off with their qualifications (starting with English language proficiency).
WRT: 1) company nationality
Google is a 'multinational company' just like most essay writing companies, including BestDissertation.com. By saying Google is a 'multinational company' Google doesn't lie because Russian+American=Multinational. Essay companies are multinational too, for example:
1) American+Pakistani=Multinational
(or)
2) American+Pakistani=Foreign
The result depends on whom you're asking. If you're asking WritersBeware then when he's talking about his own company he claims the number 1 above is true. But when he's talking about other companies, the 'truth' is always the #2.
