they are a complete scam.
I asked for a paper and they gave me something completely irrelevant... You cant even imagine the paper they delivered I couldn't even use one single word
They are awful .. Never EVER use them
Kindly spread the word
They are really a complete fraud. their editing is worse than a third grade, they are just awful.

Leslie, I hope you are using all available methods to get your money back. Stop paying these frauds and they'll have to fold up.

Try going through the company first, but that almost never works. If they tell you it will take a week or try to negotiate a partial refund, tell them it's unacceptable. Then contact your credit card company/paypal/whatever system you used to pay them and ask them to help you with a refund--they can all instigate a chargeback.

They have actually refunded my money and it turned out that they were not a scam.
