I know it is a hard lesson learned, but I too have been scammed through writing companies. I hope you are lucky enough to find a reputable company.

No. Read the rules.
People work very hard to research fraudulent sites and post information/evidence about them. As a visitor, it is YOUR duty to take the time to search the forum, read/absorb the info, and personally eliminate all sites that have been verified as fraudulent. That makes your choice easier.

I've used some of the tips mentioned in other threads and threatened Assignmentexperts.com with pay pal, google and forums.
Their reply was : "The guy in charge of managing your task has been sick and working from home. Therefore, we came to know about the issue much later. We are looking into the matter now. I will update you on the status in 12 hrs or so. If your assignment has not been delivered then your money will be refunded"
I'm in the process of lodging a complaint with Pay Pal and my credit card company. I hate these dogs taking advantage of honest people like myself.
I'm new to this forum and it has blown me away with how deceiving some of the posters are.
Can you give me any hints on what to look for when searching for legit site? I'll keep searching through forums but how will find this when it's against policy to promote a site.

Yes - some of the posts are quite deceptive. Apart from a handful of people here, most (including myself) have a vested interest in promoting our own sites or services. While some do not engage in self-marketing, many do. The real students are, therefore, often misled.
First of all, you need to identify the sites which have been exposed as fraudulent here. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1) they lie about their country of origin
2) they lie about their writers' qualifications
3) they lie about their quality of service
4) they lie about their guarantees
The hiring of ESL writers is not wrong in itself as many are wonderfully qualified - lying about it is. Same with country of origin - does not matter much as long as they do not lie about it.
After having identified and eliminated the fraudulent sites, try to shortlist several which have not been flamed here (some have been by competitors but they are easily identifiable as deceptive complaints). Access the sites and read through their webcopy. Focus on their use of the English language and, of course, on their guarantees. Ensure that their contact info is up there and that you have all the relevant details (is the site owned by a genuine company, etc etc). If you can call them, do so. Contact them through their online chat support (if one is available) and evaluate the operator - English? Honesty? Straightforward answers or prevaricates?

This doesn't seem like it will be an easy task but i beleive it will be worth the time spent once I can find a reliable site.
I mainly want papers on Finance, any threads you can recommend? and are Essaywriters.net a fraudulent organisation??
I'll be spending more time on this forum whilst i'm in the workplace.

very interesting, I don't think i'll ever find a website that is legit but i now understand what to look out for.
Is www.helpwithassignments.com also a BS site. They've done well with the marketing side of things but that's as far as it goes.

i've used Helpwithassignment.com quite many times..they have always done a good job....i depend on them for all my stuff.. helpwithassignment.com is quite a reputable website. I've got quite many assignments done from them. they are very reliable :) happy to be associated with them

Also, do you have any evidence of their being fraudulent? No!
I have been with them for several months and they have been the best ones around. Well, all I can say is try them and find our for yourselves. I do not need to vote for them!

news flash for WB-- fraud's SOP in the term paper mill industry. you will find it in degrees. it's a shady, shady industry. and it's not the Ukrainians or Pakistanis who make it shady, either... they just have 1 more thing to adjust their PR about. my first employer in this industry was an American guy-- a racist scumbag who shorted my checks, and whose mantra of advice to me was this: "just make it up."
when you're in a situation where you're doing other people's homework for them, you shouldn't stand up and start talking about truth, justice, and the American way. I don't know your history or present status in this industry, WB, despite asking several times-- but do you realize the futility of what you're doing? you're trying to clean a sewer.
