I've posted 4 questions along a case study document that the questions were based on. I've submitted 4 revisions request. Do not listen when they've assure you they will 'get it done' for you this time. In my situation, I got the same piece of writing. On the 3rd attempt they added a few lines. But wasn't relevant at all!
For example, my question was to answer the tax liabilities the characters needed to pay base in UK, the writer gave me tax system base on US
this was one of the question : Advise XXX on a strategy for tackling her financial problems and guidelines for future cash management.

Whіlе а U.S. Lіmіtеd Lіаbіlіty Compаny cаn bе а vеry vаlіd іnstrumеnt for trаdе, wе should not forgеt thаt іn rеаlіty іt іs not а gеnuіnе compаny offshorе, so іt іs not thе most аpproprіаtе vеhіclе for аssеt protеctіon or еstаtе, for еxаmplе. It іs truе thаt somе stаtеs hаvе lеgіslаtіon fаvorаblе to thе LLC аnd thе аpplіcаtіon of thе chаrgіng ordеr, аs wе sаw, offеrs а rеlаtіvе protеctіon to іts ownеr.
I totally gave up when they asked me to submit a 2nd revision attempt, but due to the 'refund policy' they wouldn't give me a full refund anways so i thought why not give it a try.
completely disappointed.
Now they wouldn't give me a refund which is about 50% or less than the original amount i paid.
don't trust assignment dom and even if you want to give it a try, leave some time for revision request.

I have been writing for a few professional services for several years. In my experience the KEY is communicating the exact assignment up front, in bullet or numerical format preferably. If this is done, the writer is certainly more able to ascertain your needs and logically (and hopefully completely) fill them. ALL legitimate services will not argue with you if the assignment has not been followed. If your instructions are vague (argue a point about the case study) then you cannot complain about an answer. Many times clients have been upset with me over the amount of "research" I give them - "I just wanted an essay, not a study." But, they failed to explain that up front. In addition, remember, you own the research once you get it - to be used as research. My advice on this one; write one more email to the Customer Service Department explaining that your question was not answered per the instructions - all you want is the correct answer or a partial refund.
