Fairly new to this and I think i have just been scammed from dissertationdom.co.uk but I desperately need a reliable website for my dissertation. If anyone know of any good ones, please let me know asap.

paperexperts.co.uk = fraudulent, non-UK site, likely from Pakistan
All of its Web copy is directly stolen from older, fraudulent essay sites.
How, exactly, did you come to be aware of that site?

Dont really know to be honest. I was just searching in Google and came across it. Is there any legit websites that can deliver a good dissertation or this doesnt exist?

you can use paperexperts.co.uk because they provide your customer UK local number and also provide you Gurantee of your money. If you are in UK "Hornchurch" you can meet the staff of paperexperts.co.uk.

Sorry to write a negative note. Despite the UK telephone number, one person in our group seems to have had a slightly unfortunate experience. I can only say that if you want to place an order, you should go for a page or two and definitely not more than that, unless you are satisfied with the work. I apologise for this discouraging comment. Thought might be useful for other students.
