Thank you. How do you determine if the site is fake? I talked to the guy and he said he can help with homework, but not with the research paper. He said he charges $30 per hour and has a bunch of books on finance. Sounds indian and claims to be in Texas.
We also exchanged the emails:
His first email:
"This is really interesting class. You have to read a lot of book. I got the books with the same topic, but they are different authors.
If you want me to help with research paper, please send it to me, then I will send you the quote."
Usually spammers promise they will write anything for you. He, however, was not interested in writing any papers. He said that his writing skills are not very strong, but he can do the finance & accounting assignments.

You could always just ask him for a short outline/proposal first and see how that turns out. In general, the only way you can ever really check out the quality of any commercial service or freelancer is by ordering a very short assignment first as a test. Pay for subsequent parts one section at a time until you're satisfied the site or person is both legit and also provides good work. Once you find a good site, stick with the first writer whose work you like and once you find a good freelancer, stick with that person and anybody that person recommends for work outside of that person's areas. In my opinion, you're always safest with sites actually located in the U.S. that accept credit cards for payment because most credit card companies will back you up 100% if you don't get what you paid for.

Not sure why you even post here, the site you mention does homework assignments (all assignments are probably done by one private person). They don't write any 'papers' or 'essays.'

I did use the services from that website couple times. They did really well on some assignments that I gave them. The guy working at tutor247 is really good with numbers. You are right about he's not used to offer to write the paper.

I had them to help me some math assignments. They did really good job. I did ask them to help me write a paper, but the girl said that they prefer to help with numerical rather than writing a paper.

Who wants to do business with SPAMMING LIARS who use Yahoo email addresses and can't even afford basic Web hosting? One would have to be a complete idiot to trust them.
