Hard to say. They're owned by a Hong Kong-based company, and the web copy isn't the best but it isn't really sh*tty EFL--just an obviously fluent speaker who needs some editing. Definitely report back.

The marketing rep that pops up on the website, starts speaking in what sounds like "west coast" english from the USA. Meaning, no southern accent, not mid-west or east coast accent. Possibly http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California_English ?
