I dont even know where to start
I am just comming off the worst experience with this company !!!
It start a couple of weeks ago when i was looking for a dissertation in order to help me with my work, I went onto this site in which i spoke to a representitive on the live chat called "steve Harvey". I explained to him about my situation and how i needed a dissertation on a chosen topic.To cut a very very long story short the guy rang me within 30 mins of speaking to him online, I obviously notice where i went wrong in even making the payment but at the time the pressure i was feeling i wasnt thinking straight.
Anyway his first quote was £480, I declined and withtin 5 seconds he cut the quote down to £400.
After making this payment i was constantly trying to speak to a rep via the same way i orginally started talking to them. When speaking to the reps they were very rude and did not want to help one little bit, with their regular phrase "Ring 0808blablabla"
When ringing this number the automated voice was american, it then diverted me to a answer machine in which i left a load of messages to guess what........ NO REPLY
Anyway after constantly trying to speak to somebody on the live chat i managed to speak to somebody via "customer support" kind of gave me reassurance by explaining my details such as my topic, my email and my telephone number and said it the dissertation would be availalble in 48 hours.
So that time came and it arrived via email. I looked it over, not the best work i have to say, but i was going to fullly amend the work anyway. I placed the word document through a Plagiarism checker to which nothing came up. So at this point i was kinda please. At that point my only concern was that the references were very backdated and i was promised the work would be written from stratch, and also 0% plagiarism.
So i sent an email of concern you and guessed again...... NO REPLY
THIS WAS THE WORST PART
On monday i copied and pasted some of the references a checker to find the exact reference list appear online (taken from www.emeraldinsight.com) and to even further more research to my horror i found the exact piece which was sent to me.
So i got tried to contact somebody via the live chat in which again nobody wanted to help. When i eventually got in touch with this steve harvey again after demanding a refund he said "The management will give you a 50% refund, Take it or leave it" I was in full shock. I didnt know what to say. I couldnt say no in case he wouldnt pay anything, and by looking on the website there seemed to be no owners. So i accepted and lost out on £200
So this site
*breached its promise and provided me with a 100% plagarised piece of work
*Provides absolute NO helpful assistance
*Scams people out of money
Does any know if ive even got a chance of getting a full refund or is it a lost cause ??
I would love to take this company legally to the cleaners !!!!
So now i am doing my own work which is what i should of done in the first place but i thought i would let people be aware of the bullsh*t company that it is thats out there.

Depends on where you are and how you paid. In the U.S. you probably wouldn't be bound even if you agreed to what is called an "accord and satisfaction" or other ordinarily binding settlement because there was no underlying good-faith dispute in the first place. If you can prove that the product you paid for (i.e. original work) was never provided, then they breached the contract deliberately and defrauded you, so you're entitled to your money back. If the first rep at your credit card company doesn't know that, ask a supervisor, and if they don't know, ask them to run it through their legal department for an answer. If you paid a less secure way, it may not be worth the effort and expense to go the small claims court route, but the same principles would apply there. If there was a good-faith dispute (like you complained about the quality based on subjective opinion but they gave you what they promised), you'd be bound by accepting the partial refund.

It's difficult to feel sorry for people who don't care enough about their own money to research a site before ordering.

ERRM if i wanted you to open your arms to me with pure sympathy then i would come out and ask for it, so im not wanting you to feel sorry for me at all.
All im doing is letting people know about my experience so it doesnt happen to anybody else which is what i thought this site was about ?
If you took time to read what i put instead of lookin at any opportunity to stick the knife in Writersbeware i admitted in my post above that i messed up and i was under pressure. so obviously if i was under pressure etc i aint gonna be doing research etc

Ok.. So i am a recent victim of this site. Honestly i have graduated from University and totally knew this was a horrible idea but needed to help a friend out as i was really busy with work. They took me for almost 600GBP and sent me a copied and pasted work from 2 websites. I was excited, sent it to my friend who returned with a Plagiarism warrant and is now finding a way of bailing himself out of that. Called the bastards back to review the work and send me something better, the customer service guy was being rude and threatening me, Steve Harvey was asking me questions if he was the one who asked me to pay and then they gave me a phone number which kept going to voice mail. Pretty much a very well orchestrated scam which to be honest i should have seen coming. I do not need anyone to feel sorry for me but i would rather put this up and make sure they do not get any penny from anyone else. I hope people read this and take heed. Short of the long story, please do not ever think someone is going to do your work for you and do it well for any amount.
@Kingz38 .. you are lucky enough to get a 200GBP refund. I suggest you take it and cut your losses but even then i would be sceptical about giving them my account details to push the refund back to be honest. If you do not think that is a problem go for it and just get your 50% and walk.

could you recomend some dissertation service webside? I searched for a long time but find almost no company whorth the trust. I am in a urgency, quick depressed by all the results...

There is loads of information available on this forum about numerous scam companies. In today's world, it is expected that you do a simple search before doing any business over the Internet.
